The house
Nice of you to take a look at Le Montet Chambre d'Hotes. We are happy to tell you about our holiday farm. Le Montet, is a former farm dating from the late 1700s of 3 hectares, and consists largely of meadows and woods .
If you are looking for a small-scale, child-friendly accommodation for 1 or more nights, you can stay with us in one of the rooms or the Trekkers hut.
There are 2 family rooms, room Provence and Le Grenier. And for 2 persons there is room Lavender, and for those who like adventure there is the Trekkershut.
As a guest, you can use the general guest kitchen, especially handy if you want to stay longer than 1 night.
Of course, it is possible to book breakfast with us, as well as dinner, every evening it is possible to order a salad/fries platter.
Around the buildings and on the playing field there are various seats, where you can relax after a long car ride. For children, there are indoor and outdoor toys and the swimming pool can be used under supervision.
Smoking is prohibited in the buildings. If you want to smoke, just find a place where you are alone.
Dogs are allowed in the hikers' huts and in Le Grenier.

Restaurants, food & wine
From June to mid-September it is possible to order a salad/chips dish every day. In July and August there is a culinary evening once a week for which guests can register.
In addition, there is an information folder where you can find restaurants in the area. For lunch one can go to the local bar/magazine shops. Here you can often find a good meal including drinks for a reasonable price. Known for this sting is the beef of the Limousin cow and the clafouti the cherry pie.
Activities
Le Montet is located in the Haute Vienne, one of the departments of the Limousin. The area is characterised by its many castles, lakes and beautiful hilly landscapes. In the vicinity of Le Montet is a zoo, lakes for recreation, golf courses, fishing, cycling, hiking, beautiful villages and cities such as the big city of Limoges with its huge cathedral and beautiful gardens. Le Montet also has a cozy holiday Gite "Le Petite Maison" for rent. The Gite is suitable for 2 to 6 people. has a large private garden and is equipped with all comforts. Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt. Zeer geschikt voor alle leeftijden.
Accommodatie ligt op de route naar het zuiden. Zeer de moeite waard om hier uw tussenstop te houden. Accommodatie beschikt over een gite, diverse kamers, trekkershut, Saharatent. Ook mogelijkheid om met eigen kampeermiddel te verblijven.
Rustige, (kind)vriendelijke plek. Speelgoed aanwezig voor kleine(re) kinderen zoals stepje en tractor. Kleine glijbaan en wipwap. Voor de allerkleinsten ook een baby wipwap. Voor de oudere kinderen is er een pingpongtafel en een tafelvoetbaltafel en zijn er voetbaldoeltjes beschikbaar. In de recreatieruimte liggen diverse gezelschapsspellen en boeken . Tevens een trampoline waar jong en oud naar hartenlust op kan springen. Zwembad.
Mogelijkheid om (op dag van aankomst) mee te eten; frietschotel bestaande uit friet, hamburger en salade. Mogelijkheid om ontbijt te reserveren. Buffet: brood, croissant, crackers, divers zoet en hartig beleg, ei, fruit, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, koffie, thee, enz.
Ideaal, na een lange autorit niet zelf hoeven koken en de volgende ochtend weer uitgerust, na een heerlijk ontbijt, vertrekken.
Tevens organiseren eigenaren van tijd tot tijd een culinaire avond.
De enorme tuin zorgt altijd voor een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw. Er zijn diverse zitjes met (lig)stoelen. Doordat de tuin zo groot is, is er voor iedereen een plekje.
Reist u zonder kinderen, ook dan is deze plek geschikt. Het is een oase van rust.
Tips voor uitjes in de omgeving.
Eigenaren zijn hartelijk en gastvrij zonder opdringerig te zijn. Staan altijd voor je klaar.
Een heerlijke plek voor een korter óf langer verblijf. Van harte aanbevolen!
