BonToul

BonToul is a stylish holiday villa in Berrias & Casteljau, a dream location in the extreme south of the Ardèche where a Mediterranean climate prevails. The villa, which is equipped with all modern conveniences, has a double living room, double kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet both upstairs and downstairs. In addition to the 3 bedrooms on both floors of the villa, a romantic fourth bedroom was added in the summer of 2012 in the extension at the rear of the house. This guest room with optimum privacy has its own entrance. The room also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet)
The upper floor of the villa has a large luxuriously furnished living room of 35m2. The sitting area is equipped with 2 lovely spacious sofas. There is a separate seat at the doors to the terrace. There is a robust teak dining area. On the LCD flat screen are Dutch channels via satellite excellent reception.

Separated by the large hall, opposite the living room, there is a cosy kitchen with a 4-burner cooker, an oven, a microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils.

On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom with a lovely double Auping bed.

Also on the top floor is a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double washbasin. And a separate toilet.

GROUND FLOOR (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet)
On the ground floor you will find the spacious second and third bedrooms with lovely double Auping beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed.

Also downstairs is a luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. And a separate toilet.

GUEST ROOM (optional to rent)
The fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and has a private entrance. The room has two box spring beds of 80 x 200 cm. This guest room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The layout of the villa, which in fact consists of 2 fully furnished gites that can be reached through the inside but can also be closed off, makes the villa intimate to rent for two but also very suitable for two families or larger groups.

In consultation it is possible to rent BonToul with one or two extra persons. They will then use the spacious sofa bed (in the 2nd living room) which is very comfortable and sleeps very well. (Super quality sofa bed with 1.60 m wide mattress, from Easy Living, Amsterdam).

TERRACES AND WOODLAND GARDEN
Around the house are several terraces with different seats, dining tables and garden furniture to relax overlooking the beautiful valley, the Gorges and the 6000m2 woodland garden divided over several plateaus. The woodland garden offers plenty of privacy. You are surrounded by beautiful nature where the nightingale sings while the wildlife scurries around. The starry sky at night is phenomenal.
