The house
Holiday home Justamont is located on a terrain of approx 4000m2 which has a brook running through it .
There are large terraces as well as on the front as the back side.
The spacious, cosy living room (35m2) has a dining area and sitting area.
A fireplace system provides pleasant heating. Electric heaters are also present.
The living room is adjacent to a covered terrace of approximately 50m2.
There are three spacious bedrooms with three single beds and one double bed (twin beds, with separate mattresses)
Two of the bedrooms have wash basins.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven and microwave.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
There is another WC in the hall

Blaunac - about 650 km from Paris - is located in the southernmost part of the Ardèche, where the Provence-Cevennes and Ardèche meet.
Blaunac is located at an altitude of 450m, making the nights pleasant even in the warm summer months.
The region has a Mediterranean climate.
In Joannas (2 km) you will find a grocer and a beautifully restored medieval castle with restaurant.

Een leuk huisje met veel ruimte in en om het huis, en een heerlijke geur van de linde en tamme kastanje boom die op dat moment vol in bloei stonden. Konden in de morgen lekker op terras zitten en in de middag in de achter tuin, genieten van de zon en de beek.
Helaas met grote regelmaat werk geluiden van maaien van gras en jammer dat er verder op een huisje was met jachthonden deze hoorde je best veel en luid. Is wat aangedaan door verhuurder zodat en minder werd gelukkig.
Verder was het prima.

You will find weekly markets in Largentière (Tuesday), Joyeuse (Wednesday), Aubenas (Saturday).
There are museums in Largentiere (silk museum) and Joyeuse (chestnut museum).
The Aerocity theme park is located between Largentière and Aubenas.
