The house
This spacious and tastefully decorated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located on the edge of the luxury villa park, giving you beautiful views and plenty of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge and combination microwave with oven function. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is also a charging station for your electric car. The beds are made on arrival.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. At the entrance in the hall you will also find an extra toilet.
First floor: on the first floor are another 3 spacious bedrooms for two persons with plenty of closet space. The bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate covered balcony on this floor with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. From the villa you can walk through each of the 3 sliding doors (equipped with electric shutters) into your garden where you can enjoy outdoor living under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture.
The private swimming pool in the garden has a large terrace with several sun loungers. The private pool is open from April to October. The villa also has Wifi and a television with Dutch channels, an indoor storage room with washing machine. You can park 3 cars on site, one of which is under the carport. The charging station for electric cars is also located here.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

We hebben een prachtige tijd gespendeerd in deze zeer mooie, luxueus ingerichte villa. Het zwembad en de tuin met de vele zitplaatsen zowel in de zon als in de schaduw zijn een pluspunt. Vanuit het mooi en heel ruim park kunnen verschillende activiteiten gereserveerd worden. We zijn gaan kajakken en canyoingen. De broodjesservice is ook een pluspunt. Het enige wat wij gemist hebben is een grote gasbbq. We hadden een elektrische gril gehuurd maar die vonden wij te klein voor 7 personen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Nog een welgemeende dankjewel aan Carel en Inge voor het steeds paraat staan met de nodige uitleg en goeie tips.

The lively Ruoms, just north of Villa Ensoleillée, once started out as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up which is now a popular holiday spot.
During your stay at Villa Ensoleillée, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then be sure to spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and centre for cultural tourism.

The beautiful surroundings of Villa Ensoleillée
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose to spend their holidays at Villa Ensoleillée. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the edge of the woods. Countless bats hibernate in the many caves.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
