The chalet is located on the grounds of Camping La Nubliere and enjoys a quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve with its own garden and parking space. The cottage has its own secluded garden with garden furniture, deck chairs, bicycles and barbecue. Parking space for 2 cars next to the hut. Main features of the chalet-Very well located, secluded, away from the main campsite with views of the nature reserve and mountains. A 2-minute walk from the campsite to the private beach and access to Lake Annecy and its amenities-2 separate bedrooms - one double and one triple -The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, cafetière,-The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, hairdryer.
The adjacent Bout du Lac is the national nature reserve, a haven of peace, perfect for a walk. On the other side at 2 minutes walk is the lake of Annecy. There is also a wonderful hike to the Col de Forclaz at 10 minutes. The camping area, between the house and the lake, has recently been redesigned with a wet play area for children, a wellness centre for adults, a shop, etc. There is a well-stocked shop with daily fresh bread and croissants, as well as an evening bar with takeaway chicken, chips and pizza. Within walking distance of the nature reserve, the sailing school, Lake Annecy, pedalos, speedboats & bicycles for hire, cycling and walking paths, tennis, paragliding school, bouncy castles, table tennis, children's activities.
