Grand Mouly is a rural hamlet among the hills at the foot of the Massif Central, with a view of the Puy de Dome; 3 km from St. Gervais d'Auvergne, a village with all daily amenities from supermarket to doctor, 40 km from Riom and 55 km from Clermont-Ferrand. There is only local traffic. The holiday house is the extended living area of a former farm with a large garden and vegetable garden.
