Les Quatre Terres 2

Holiday home Les Quatre Terres is a large, renovated wine manor situated in a magnificent wine area ( Beaujolais) with a wonderful view of the vineyard. Even though it is not secluded you will be stunned by how peaceful it is.
Beaujolais is beautiful, somewhat hilly with pretty wine villages with wine 'caves' and castles. It is the Tuscany of France! No tourist crowds here, as most people only drive past this beautiful area. We have guests that have stayed with us for years.
The holiday home is situated on a large courtyard ( the manor is built in a square shape). It used to be the wine farmer's home. The other holiday home is a renovated barn and is adjacent to the garden. The courtyard is for your private use only.

The property consists of a large kitchen of approx. 6x6mtr. with all modern facilities such as refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. There is a dining table for six people and we also have a high chair available. A large bathroom with tub / shower and wash basin. The WC is separate and brand new.
This year the house has been completely renovated and has among others things a gorgeous new bathroom.
To the right of the kitchen is a large cosy bedroom with two single beds (Auping), a wardrobe, dressing table etc and there is plenty of room for a cot if necessary. (available)

To the left of the kitchen is the large sitting room of about 5x8 meters with 2 sofas, chairs, sideboard, satellite television.
On the other side of the room is a double bed and a single bed. This is also decorated very tastefully. From the kitchen you have acces to the terrace and courtyard.
Kitchen towels and bed linen are included.
There is also a covered terrace. The large courtyard is ideal for children.
In early spring and autumn it is lovely here, the temperature is already/still very pleasant and it is wind free.
The windows all have shutters.
This property is also very suitable for 2 or 4 adults.

There is a passage to the garden and pool, which offers a magnificent view over the vineyards. The pool is located on the south side of the garden and measures 6x11 metres. There is a shower with hot water, large terraces, sun beds, chairs with cushions and parasols. Here you also have a great view of the Beaujolais.
The large swimming pool is, according to French regulations, completely fenced.
There are several basements. One has the washing machine and room to dry laundry. The other basement is used for garbage and recycling storage .Our local caretaker will look after it.

The third basement, the wine cellar, was recently refurbished in its original style. It offers space for socialising in an authentic atmosphere.
There is parking space on the north side of the house ..
