Do you like peace and quiet and nature?
Our beautiful house with all comforts, with a living area of about 200 m2, stands on the river Saone, at the beginning of a small village with about 230 inhabitants, almost detached (the garage of the rear neighbours is against our house).
The baker comes every day, except Wednesday, at the door. In the village is also a restaurant and 3 km away is a supermarket and some small shops.
The village is surrounded by meadows, forests and hills.
Our living room is divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor is the sitting room with big wood burner and the dining room. The first vide is the television room where we, thanks to the dish, can offer all channels of the Netherlands. The second loft is called the library (now with a stock of about 450 books) where we also have a pool table.
The kitchen is spacious with another dining table, a large wood-burning stove and equipped with all conveniences. In the scullery are the fridge-freezer, the dishwasher, the washing machine and the dryer. There is also a toilet.
The bedrooms are all spacious, one of which has its own bathroom. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share the very large bathroom. There are 2 separate toilets, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. On the ground floor is a large terrace with barbecue, tables, chairs and a large parasol. From your lazy chair you can enjoy the view and the boats passing by. At the height of the 1st vide is the upper terrace.
