The house
Holiday home Les Mouilleferts Maison Mitoyene is located together with two other holiday homes on a large property with a large swimming pool and playground equipment, in the south-eastern part of the Morvan, an area characterised by forests, hills, rushing streams, lakes and is interspersed with meadows and panoramic views.
The house has been inspected and classified with 3 stars.
In the vicinity are among other things, a fantastic bakery, grocery shop, post office and cafe-restaurant, and less than 6 km away, a large Lidl has just opened.
The house has a spacious living room with adjacent kitchen and sitting area, there is a TV and wireless internet available.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed, and a bathroom.
In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, cooker, oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. In the adjoining room you will find the washing machine and a second toilet, which is very convenient when you are outside or at the swimming pool.
The whole area is fenced and the children's room has an air conditioner.
Central heating and firewood are included in the rental price. Pool heating depends on outdoor temperature in the months .june july aug sept

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje is fijn en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden geluk met het weer, dus we zijn erg veel buiten geweest. De tuin is fantastisch en ook veilig voor kleine kinderen. Ook is er een overvloed aan speelgoed en speeltoestellen. Super dus!!

Wat een top accommodatie! Wij verbleven met drie kids en hebben een top tijd gehad! Rien en Mariëtte zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, meedenkend en maken er een feestje van voor de kids!
Het zwembad was heerlijk, de boomhut, het kampvuur en de enorme tuin maakten het helemaal top!

2e slaapkamer met stapelbedden wel benauwd, meer voor kleine kinderen.
En bed/matras eerste slaapkamer vrij hard.
Rustig gelegen in mooie omgeving en aardige eigenaren. Ook andere gasten in aangrenzend huis.
Restaurants, food & wine
In the vicinity you will find all kinds of eateries from haute cuisine to very simple, wine lovers can of course go to Beaunne/Poully Sancerre and the surrounding famous wine towns, and if you want to work yourself, shopping in the area is no problem.en pans and bbq are available.
Activities
The Morvan is a great place for walkers and the local tourist offices have brochures for short and long walks and various other activities.
The area lies between two wine regions: the chic Beaunne (with a hospice) on the one hand and Sancerre and Pouilly on the other.
The area has several markets, weekly in Autun and Moullins-Engilbert, (on the first Tuesday of the month a very large market called Foire).
Furthermore, there are several tourist attractions such as the lakes Lac de Settons.and Lac de Panneciere, with water sports and fishing opportunities, Bibracte on Mont Beuvray, with its museum and the excavations, the Haute Follin and museums in Chateau Chinon.
Many places of interest such as Avalon, Vezelay, Nevers, Auton, Chateau Chinon, La Machine etc.
