The house
Maison Rollot is a picturesque detached French country house for 4-8 persons. The house has been completely renovated in early 2021 and a new (heated) swimming pool has been realised.
The house is located in the Bourgogne in the nature park the Morvan. The living room of about 40 m2 has a sitting area, dining area and patio doors with access to a terrace and garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a bunk bed for 4 persons (thus suitable for a family), toilet and bathroom with shower.
The first floor has its own entrance and can be reached via a safe, easy outdoor staircase. Here are two bedrooms of about 11 m2 each, a second bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and a hallway / loft with sitting area (sofa bed). There is a cot and highchair available.
You can make free use of Wifi. Furthermore, in the living room for your relaxation: SMART TV (Canal Digital so besides Dutch and Belgian channels also Netflix etc).
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner induction hob, extractor and large fridge ..... and of course everything to prepare delicious meals.
On the ground floor you will also find the washing machine/dryer.
The ground floor is heated by a wood-burning stove (use of firewood included). In addition, there is electric heating in the bathrooms, among other things.
In Maison Rollot you also have your own outdoor swimming pool of approx. 15m2! Use of the pool is possible from mid-May to late September.
On one of the terraces you will find a large lounge sofa with all-weather cushion and a floating parasol. Here you can enjoy the view.

Maison Rollot is situated in the Parc Naturel Regional du Morvan, a beautiful largely unspoilt mountainous nature reserve in Burgundy in central France. Here you will find extensive forests, charming villages, beautiful panoramas and plenty of peace and quiet, even in high season. The region is ideally suited for walking, cycling, fishing, etc. Half an hour's drive from Maison Rollot is the Lac de Panneciere, a large reservoir in the middle of a special landscape with numerous beaches and opportunities for canoeing and swimming. Further in the vicinity the archaeological centre Bibracte, where an old Roman city is being excavated, the wine regions of Burgundy and the cities of Autun, Beaune, Dijon and Chalon-sur-Saone.

Aangenaam en verzorgd huis, alles is aanwezig en netjes.
