The house
The house is suitable for 6 persons.
There is a spacious sitting area with TV and internet, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts (microwave - dishwasher - coffee maker - fridge freezer etc).
The bathroom has a large shower and sink, a hairdryer is provided.
There are 3 full-fledged bedrooms, 2 with a double bed of which 1 bed 160/220 cm and 1 with 2 single beds. A cot is available, as well as a high chair. On request a baby box and relax chair can be placed.
The garden is fully enclosed so the children can play safely outside, there is from April a swimming pool in the garden. There are plenty of garden chairs and sun loungers, on the inner terrace is an extra refrigerator and cabinet with glasses, a BBQ is available. For the children there are children's bikes, scooter, slide, playhouse and sandbox.

Wij hebben met veel plezier vakantie gevierd in deze ruime accommodatie! De verhuurders zijn zeer attent en meedenkend. Ze weten en vertellen veel over de omgeving en hebben de wens om het hun gasten naar hun zin te maken. Dat lukt uitstekend! De woonkamer is erg ruim; de 3 slaapkamers bieden ook voldoende ruimte. Wij waren met 6 personen: 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Vooral het zwembad viel goed bij ons in de smaak.
We kunnen deze accommodatie zeker aanraden! De woning is ruim en erg goed schoongemaakt. De woning biedt veel comfort en nodigt ertoe uit om heerlijk tot rust te komen.Emmanuelle Terrasse from Le Mans,

Accueil très agréable et convivial de Ria . Hôtes très réactifs et très disponibles tout au long du séjour sans être intrusifs. Des attentions très appréciables et personnelles: confitures maisons, légumes du jardin, vins de la région...

It is an ideal region for those in search of peace and quiet and nature lovers.
For lovers of culture and history, the old cities of Autun, Cluny and Beaune are nearby. The excavations in Bibracte tell the history of the Celts.
It is the ideal region for cycling on quiet roads in unspoilt nature. There are several maps of cycling and walking routes in the house.
The many restaurants in the region challenge you to a culinary discovery. The different wine regions of the Bourgogne offer the possibility to taste different wines and to buy excellent wines.
For the more adventurous among you, the various adventure parks in the woods , a vélorail ( cycling on the rails of an old railway ) to discover the region.
You can fish in the rivers Arroux, Somme and Loire, there are also several lakes where you can fish. A card for fishing is for sale in several places. The information is available at the information board in the house.
In the region are regular flea markets eg in July and August "jeudi de pays" and "Mardi du Morvan".
For those who are just looking for peace and quiet there is an enclosed garden with garden chairs, parasol and swimming pool.
