This cosy house offers a lot of living space, both inside and out. Everything you need is there. Also ideal for a larger family. The house has a large cozy living room of 35m2 with cozy Dik Geurts wood stove, 100 hrtz HD LED TV 32 inch with satellite to view Dutch channels. Internet access, music system, play area for children, DVD player with many quality DVDs for young and old, but also a real record player where you can run LPs.
In the large cozy French kitchen of over 30m2, with authentic tomettes on the floor, you have everything within reach. There is a cosy fireplace where you can warm yourself by, but also a good fixed radiator. Besides the 6 burner cooker, there is a microwave, Senseo, Dolce Gusto Picolo, bread maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gourmet set, blender and blender and now new our air fryer for fries.etc. At the large dining table with ample space is the cozy dining.
The bookcases are well stocked with books of various genres and also many games.
On the ground floor are the master bedroom and a small second bedroom with single bed and cot whose side is possibly easy to pull out so that a toddler bed arises where your toddler in and out can.
The shower room with toilet and the washing machine room with second toilet are also downstairs.
On the first floor is the lovely large play attic of 30m2 with 3 single beds and lots of toys for all ages, such as duplo, lego, playmobile, doll stuff, kapla, briotrain, TV with many videotapes, Nintendo 64, table football etc. The play attic also provides access to a fourth bedroom. Here you will find a double bed, a single bed and a cot. The rest of the upper floor is not available to guests.

In the garage there is a table tennis table and outdoor toys such as a Feber playhouse for the little ones, a tricycle and 2 mountain bikes and a ladies bike.
A large trampoline (with safety net), a playground and playhouse, swings and a seesaw are in the garden which is almost 5000m2 large and where there is also room to kick a ball. You can cool down in the swimming pool (5oocm diameter x 120cm depth) from mid June till the end of August. For children Bonaupont is a true children's paradise.

Also your dogs will have all the space they need to run around in the garden, which is completely fenced. (Beware of dogs that want to escape, they always can!)
A lovely atmospheric spot can be found under our shelter. In sunshine and rain you can sit here or hang in the hammock and enjoy the beautiful view of the fields and hills. There is also a stone barbecue. A gas cooker offers you the opportunity to cook outside.
You also have access to 2 scaffold wooden beds to relax.

The house is equipped with electric radiators on the ground floor and 2 good wood stoves. Hot water is obtained through an extra large boiler so that there is plenty of hot water available.
In the house is of course a cot, highchair, baby bath, changing table and box available. (The many toys make it an attractive place for your children. For both small and big children a wonderful place.
Upon arrival, the beds are made for you.
The house is semi-detached but offers you all the space and by the good separation from the neighbours also all the privacy. It feels like detached! You look out over the fields and meadows. View the photos in our photo album!
