The house
The Fermette Authentique has a rural classic interior and is really equipped with all comforts. 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets contribute to this. All rooms and bathrooms are centrally heated. Fully equipped kitchen, 5 burner gas hob with wok burner, microwave, with a large dining table with room for 10 people and in the large fireplace is a wood stove that can also be burned.
The sitting room, equipped with 2-seater (sleeping) sofa and 4 comfortable chairs, has a fireplace.
CD, TV, DVD player and I-pod docking station are available with an extensive collection of music and film.
A cupboard with games, a varied bookcase, Dutch, English and French, for indoor relaxation. There is also an internet connection (wifi) available.
Everything you may need is available: from hairdryer to blender, from baking mould to toothbrush charger, from sharp kitchen knives to Christmas decorations. You only need to bring your clothes.

The house is situated on top of a hill and has a breathtaking and beautiful view over the Burgundian hills and lies on the edge of the Regional Parc du Morvan.
The garden, 3000m2, has several seating areas and complete privacy.
There are 2 swings, slide, sandpit, inflatable pool and an outdoor shower. A large BBQ and outdoor fireplace. There is enough space for jeu de boule and badminton.
For bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor is Luzy at 5 min. distance.

Alles is al gezegd over hoe geweldig dit huis is en hoe flexibel de eigenaren! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen vast terug!

Wat een ontzettend leuk huis! Werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer ruime slaapkamers en een prachtige leefkeuken met separate woonkamer. Je voelt je direct thuis. De tuin is ook mooi, meerdere zitjes aan alle kanten van het huis, barbeque, prieeltje en buiten-douche. Fantastische zitkuil met vuurplaats voor een perfect kampvuur ‘s avonds. We hadden geluk met het weer, lekker warm, dus iedere morgen op de fiets naar Luzy voor vers stokbrood en croissantjes. Vervolgens ontbijten in de zon met een aanblik op de koeien in de wei. Mooie omgeving en hier kom je echt lekker tot rust. We komen zeker terug!

Een prachtig vakantiehuis vlakbij Luzy met een geweldig uitzicht over de heuvels en de koeien in de weilanden naast het huis. Het dorp en de supermarkten zijn op maar vijf minuten rijden. Het huis is bijzonder schoon en voorzien van alles wat je kunt bedenken.
Geluk voor onze kinderen: vlak voor onze komst waren er net een grote trampoline en een nieuwe schommel geplaatst. Ook is er veel speelgoed (voornamelijk puzzels, spelletjes en duplo) en verschillende (kinder)dvd's.
De verhuurders reageren snel op vragen en sturen vooraf een uitgebreide mail met tips om leuke dingen in de omgeving te doen.
Restaurants, food & wine
Within 45 minutes, you drive, with the roadmap 'Route des Grand Crus' on your lap, between the vineyards of the Bourgogne and Cote Chalonnaise, taste and buy wine in one of the many Chateaux and Caves or drink tea in the Buddhist temple (Temple Milles Budhas), which just pops up between the hills. There are plenty of restaurants. Maybe you decide to leave the wine for what it is and follow instead the 'Route des Chateaux en Bourgogne du Sud' or the 'Route des Ducs de Bourgogne'. In the house, you will find a wide selection of addresses in the vicinity.
Activities
Several walks can be made from the house. In nearby Luzy one can swim and play tennis; Autun, 25 min. by car one can play golf, visit museums and eat well. Attractive places with nice markets are a.o. Autun, Luzy, Gueugnon, Charolles, Decize, Bourbon Lancy and are reachable within 25 min. by car. Beaune and Cluny, at about an hour's drive, are really worth a visit, markets on Saturday mornings. In the vicinity of Perrigny are several "Plan d'eau" where children can swim and canoe. Definitely interesting is Museum Bibracte on Mont Beuvray in Parc du Morvan where the Celtic civilization is explained. For the children, Divertiparc is fun and educational. In the house you will find all kinds of information about these and more activities in the area and how to get there.

Further remarks
The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August. All other months a different rental period is possible, with a minimum of 3 nights. Arrival after 16.00 hrs, departure no later than 10.00 hrs.
Our local French contact will be happy to show you around the house.
The deposit is € 300.00. This amount will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure if no irregularities have been found. The final cleaning is included in the rent.
Pets on request.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
