The house
Holiday home with lounge, where a TV and hifi system are present, WIFI everywhere. Fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sufficient crockery.
A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and an extra children's room. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 X 160 X 220) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The nursery is adjacent to the master bedroom and is furnished with a fixed cot, a folding bed can be added.
In the garden there is garden furniture, sun beds, slide, sand box, BBQ and private swimming pool.

The holiday house is situated in the village Issy l'Eveque , in the south of Burgundy , on the border with the Morvan .
It is an ideal area for rest seekers and nature lovers.
For lovers of culture and history, the old cities of Autun , Cluny and Beaune are nearby. The excavations in Bibracte tell the history of the Celts.
It is the ideal area for cycling on quiet roads in unspoilt nature . There are several maps of cycling and walking routes in the house.
In the village are 2 lakes where it is allowed to fish, "permis de pêche" can be purchased in the nearby restaurant. It is also possible to fish in the river "Le Arroux".
The many restaurants in the region challenge you to a culinary discovery. The different wine regions of the Bourgogne offer the possibility to taste different wines and to buy excellent wines.
For the more adventurous among you, there are several adventure parks in the woods, a vélorail (cycling on the rails of an old railway) to discover the region.
In July and August there are regular flea markets in the area, such as "jeudi de pays" and "Mardi du Morvan".
For those just looking for peace and quiet there is an enclosed garden with garden chairs, parasol and swimming pool.

Activities
From the house you can immediately start various walking routes, there are several smaller and larger walks possible, in the woods or between the fields, through villages or just nature. The southern Morvan is a beautiful nature reserve with deciduous and coniferous forests interspersed with meadows. Because of the hills, there are beautiful views. The highest point of the Morvan, the Haut Folin of almost 1000 metres. Nearby is the Mont Beuvray where a Celtic excavation can be visited and the new museum Bibracte. The high hills are a valhalla for the sportive cyclist and mountainbiker, there are numerous routes and beautiful climbs.
