The house
Maison CERISIER with it's granite arch doorway has a modern French chic feel with it's burgundy kitchen and open-plan living
area. Here you can relax on the leather sofas whilst taking in the stunning views of the lake. The views from the terrace are spectacular and uninterrupted of the lake.
Cherry Tree Cottage has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk room which both share a bathroom and can sleep a total of 6
DOWNSTAIRS
The arched door leads to a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom. The modern chic kitchen
overlooks the swimming pool and here you will find an excellent range of equipment to enable you to successfully self-cater and
take advantage of the wonderful French food. The lounge area at the rear of the cottage has two comfy leather sofas and from here you have views over the lake. A set of doors leads you out onto the terrace where you can dine alfresco or alternatively you can dine inside in the dining area. There is a large BBQ on the terrace for you to enjoy. Along with a table and six chairs for you to relax and watch the sun go down over the lake.
UPSTAIRS
A pine staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms, the master with it's elevated views over the lake and en-suite shower room and a twin and
bunk room which both share a family bathroom.
The cottage has wifi, English and French tv and a blue ray player.
All bed linen is provided along with bath mats and t towels. We also provide all cleaning materials. We ask all guests to leave the cottage how they found it on their arrival or if you wish pay a final clean on departure.
The cottages shares a large heated swimming pool which is fenced and gated as per french law. A large selection of sun lingers and parasols are there for you to unwind, chill and relax.

Our cottage is situated right opposite the Lac de Oellinec with uninterrupted views across the lake. Ideal base for fishing, walking, cycling or just chilling around our heated swimming pool.

Activities
Our cottage is right next door to the beautiful fishing lake of Le Pellinec. Ideal situation for families to fish and also use the swimming pool to chill and relax. Lots of cycling and walking trails are available. Also close by is the large Lac de Guerledan and all the water sports it has to offer.
Central Brittany is an ideal base to explore the beautiful countryside of Brittany. All three coast lines are within an easy 1 hour drive.
This cottages shares the pool with the other two cottages on site.

Our security deposit of 200 euros is payable before you arrive and then will be refunded in full as long as there is no damage to the property within 48 hours of departure.
