A spacious property, well laid out on 2 floors. The ground floor has a large entrance way, with a large storage cupboard. The boiler room is also situated off the hallway and has a washing machine, sink and clothes lines for drying washing. There is a twin bedroom and bathroom to the right of the hallway and a shower room, with basin and toilet to the left. A large games room featuring a pub style pool table (free), darts and a mini table tennis. The games room also has a log burner and 2 double patio doors allow access to the large, partially covered patio with table and chairs for outside dining. A double bedroom is located off the games room.

Upstairs there is a 2nd large bathroom, with adjoining twin bedroom (plus a fold up bed if required). The double bedroom, with en-suite shower room is also located on the level. The hallway then leads into the main open plan living area, with a large dining room on the right. There is another double patio door in this room, leading onto the small balcony which has lovely sea views over the "Ilot d' St Michel". A large living room, with log burner and flat screen TV (International channels, including French, English, German, Dutch, Belgian, Spanish and many more) and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar are also found on this floor. Another 2 double patio doors lead onto the long balcony. which has secluded garden views and receives the sun from the morning through to late afternoon. Several small tables and chairs allow for al fresco dining.

There is plenty of off road parking. The garden has a large patio area with tables and chairs and also a decking area with sofas, overlooking the sea. There is a small children's play area and balls, cricket bat, bucket and spades etc, to help entertain younger guests. The property is also equipped with several sun loungers and a bbq.

We accept stays of 3 nights or longer and arrival /departure can be any day. However, we no longer accept Saturday arrivals and departures in July and August, due to regular issues with traffic congestion.
