The house
This former cider barn has been expertly renovated by Peter into a beautiful holiday home. The kitchen has all the necessities such as fridge-freezer, combi-oven/microwave, coffee machine/water cooker/mixer, and all kitchen utensils. The living room has a nice sitting area with cozy wood stove. The kitchen has a farmer's dining table. On the ground floor is 1 toilet. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 modern boxsprings ( 2.00m. x 90, 2 single } sink and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Smart Tv by streaming. There are also many DVDs with DVD player.
Outside around the house you have your own terrace and a large shared garden. If there are guests in the B&B it is possible to make use of the bread service in the morning. For an additional fee you can use the washing machine and dryer.

Gite Milin Coz is located on the grounds of Le vieux Moulin in Goudelin on a beautiful estate with a rippling river. It is a lovely place to come home to after your trips to the many interesting sights and charming towns in the area. You can park your car safely on private property.
At 16 km from the sandy beaches you are close to the rough Breton sea.

Onze eerste kennismaking met Frankrijk en we zijn aangenaam verrast. Bretagne is prachtig! We hebben heel veel mooie uitstapjes gemaakt. Milin Coz is een fijne gite om na zo'n uitstapje "thuis te komen". Alles is aanwezig en je kan zien dat de gite met liefde en vakmanschap is verbouwd. We hebben genoten. Peter en Patty, nogmaals bedankt.

Wij waren jongstleden september in deze schitterende gite , en wel in de woning Milan Coz. Werkelijk alles was aanwezig om ons bezoek tot een succes te maken. En wat een lieve, behulpzame mensen waren de aanwezige eigenaren. En wat is Bretagne toch mooi en heerlijk om er te zijn. Nogmaals dank, en graag tot ziens. Ada & Casimir

Wat een fantastische plek om te verblijven!
Groot compliment aan Patty en Peter voor de geweldige gastvrijheid en de ongedwongen sfeer.
Wij hadden het genoegen om één week in de grote gîte te verblijven, wát een genot en vooral de rust die er heerst was overweldigend.
Dit smaakt absoluut naar méér en is zéker een aanrader.

Restaurants, food & wine
Because of the location, seafood and mussels with fries are available everywhere. Scallops are also on the menu because they can be caught in the area, you can find the shells on the beach and there is an annual scallop festival. We also have addresses of oyster breeders for you, where you can enjoy the freshly opened oysters with a delicious white wine in their oyster bar, overlooking the sea. If you do not like fish, all restaurants also have delicious variations of meat dishes or vegetarian dishes on the menu.
As for drinks, cider is a delicious Breton drink that you can taste everywhere. Galettes, the Breton pancakes, are also a culinary speciality. Everywhere there are also cosy markets where you can taste and experience the local delicacies.
Activities
With 16 km of sandy beaches and pretty towns nearby, this gite is ideal as a base for exploring the Côte d'Armor, such as the pink granite coast and the flower island ile de Brehat, the Vallee des Saints with its giant statues, Paimpol, Binic, Saint Brieuc. There are also beautiful castles and manor houses, chapels and abbeys in the area. There are many walking routes and marked mountain bike routes in a beautiful nature. Along the coast, for example, runs the GR34, the old smuggling path through which you can walk the entire coastline with beautiful views.
In this area you can still taste the Celtic past.
In the gite we have a lot of documentation at your disposal and we are happy to give you tips for trips, as we live on the property with our B&B.

Further remarks
The gite is set on the estate of an old watermill where there is a B&B and another gite for 2 people. You have your own terrace all around the house and on one side a little waterfall which offers a tranquil spot to relax!
