The house
On entering the house there is an entrance hallway with a separate WC.
Leading through to the open plan living/kitchen/dining area you are immediately aware of the spaciousness and light.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs. The dining table also seats a minimum of six guests.
The modern kitchen has all you need for a self-catering holiday. This includes an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The balcony is also on this level and is perfect for enjoying an aperitif whilst watching life go by at the marina!
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have King Size beds and Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
A cot can be provided.
The Master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room. Also there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
In the basement is a utility area with both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Restaurants, food & wine
The cuisine in the area includes crepes and galettes and of course the seafood! Mussels and oysters are available throughout the region, particularly in the summer months. Cider is produced here and local varieties are available in all supermarkets and restaurants.
During the summer numerous villages and town celebrate the "Pardon" which is predominantly a religious thanksgiving but is always followed by a celebratory meal (with a drink or two!) and Breton dancing.
Activities
Maison Rose is in a lovely position in a quiet village on the River Rance, overlooking the marina. In the summer it is buzzing with boats and people. , and plenty more in the near vicinity. The beautiful medieval town of Dinan is only 8km away by car and 6km away along the river path. The path extends beyond Dinan and is great for running, cycling and walking.
