Spacious holiday home in the middle of nature on a very large private property (6000m2).

The house has 4 bedrooms (max 9 persons) and a playroom for the kids.
It is a beautiful spacious detached house situated on a quiet country road. With its own gate and paved driveway you come to the private grounds of 6000m2, which consists of a very nice garden, lots of greenery / trees, even a walnut, apple tree, monkey tree etc. and a large paved car park. Besides the swings, slide and ping pong table, there is also a large lawn where you can play football or hide and seek. The house has a terrace, adjacent to the doors. From the open kitchen and living room you can walk straight onto the terrace.
Brief description of the layout of the house: Large hall with access to the L-shaped living area: open kitchen, dining area and sitting area (approx. 42m2). The new open kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The sitting area consists of 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV. From the dining area and the sitting area you can go to the terrace and the garden through double doors. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and bbq. Garden with play equipment for the kids (swings, slide, football goals, ping pong table, badminton set, ....) and garden house where you can store the bikes and play table tennis.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet with washbasin, a bedroom with built-in closet and another space that is used as a playroom (toys for the kids) and laundry / utility room (washing machine, sink, drying rack etc)
The stairs in the hallway lead to the upper floor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with large double bed (1.60x2.00), and 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 single beds and a bunk bed. A separate toilet and spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, bath where also can be showered (shower screen).
In short, quite a large spacious house (approx. 130m2 living space), wonderful privacy, nice and green and fully equipped.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek net buiten het dorp op een groot perceel, daardoor heb je veel ruimte en privacy. Toch zijn voorzieningen zoals winkels ook dichtbij. In de omgeving zijn veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne bedden!

Activities
It is a beautiful spacious detached house among the fields and woods in the countryside. Very quietly situated. And only about 2 km from the village where the shops, supermarkets restaurants, weekly market, tourist office etc are located.
The house is close (approx. 300m) to a very quiet cycle path (only cyclists and walkers allowed). Through this special walking and cycling path (voie verte) you can go from the house to the village or make a beautiful bike ride to the abbey, historic villages, miniature golf course, largest lake in Brittany, Mur de Bretagne,......
Also very close by (about 1 km) is a beautiful nature reserve with a small river and rock formations, where you can make lovely walks.
The place is top .... where you can relax, enjoy your holiday, your family / relatives / friends, children unhindered can run, scream etc, or just not the screams and noises of other children and other guests to have to hear and you have the chance to see deer, rabbits in the garden or from your terrace in the field just next to the house....And all this in the heart of Brittany ... ideal for discovering Brittany.
Plenty to do and see in the area. Nature from the front door of the house ... a few steps from the hiking and biking trails At about fifteen minutes away a swimming pool, attractions such as Bon Repos old abbey, old mining town, medieval villages, markets, Canal Nantes-Brest, castle, churches, valley with immense statues etc etc
Also about fifteen minutes away the largest lake in Brittany. Lac de Guerledan is 12 km long, has some sandy beaches, walking path and cycle path around the lake and water sport activities on the lake. You can swim, canoe or enjoy an ice cream on the terrace. There is also a new climbing park between and in the trees.
The central location of this holiday home makes it ideal for (further) discovering Brittany.

Compulsory additional costs:
-bed linen 15 euro per person
-Final cleaning: 70 euro for 3 persons and less, for more than 3 persons the final cleaning is 90 euro
The rate per week is based on 5 persons or less.
For 6 people or more per week, 56 euros per week per extra person (i.e. 8 euros per day per extra person) should be added to the relevant rate.
175 kW of electricity is included in the price for a one-week stay.
If more is consumed, it should be paid extra on the day of departure (0.35€ per KW).
In winter and colder periods of the year, when the central heating is on, an additional 10 euros per day is charged for heating costs (i.e. 70 euros per week).
During spring and autumn, it is usually already / still very pleasant weather, and is the temperatuuur good in the house, and is thus the central heating is not necessary, but you can, if necessary, use one or more electric heaters in the living room / kitchen on possibly cooler evenings. This normally proves to be more than sufficient in the past. If you still wish to turn on the central heating, this is of course always possible and can be arranged on site with the landlord.
