The house
A detached two bedroom stone cottage with private heated swimming pool . Our Maison Fleurie from gitesenbretagne has an open plan layout with french double doors leading out onto the patio. The lounge has two leather sofas ideal to relax on whilst watching the Flat screen television which has both English and French tv along with a dvd. The kitchen has a farmhouse feel with intergrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine along with a fridge freezer and microwave. A very well stocked kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. A dining room table over looks the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with views over the garden with a king size bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The two bedrooms share a newly refitted bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Outside you have a patio area with large bbq and table and chairs. The private heated swimming pool is fenced and you have sun loungers around the pool. The house has its own private entrance and off road parking along with a garden.

Our holiday home is situated in a rural peaceful setting but close to the small village of Gouarec. Gouarec is a beautiful old village which has many bars and restaurants. The Nantes to Brest canal runs through the village as does the River Blavet, ideal for keen fisherman. As we are central Brittany, it’s a great location to explore the whole of Brittany, all the three coastlines are an hours easy drive away.

Bijzonder mooi en gezellig huis. Netjes verzorgd en alles aanwezig tot en met een bbq. Aardige en zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Zwembad was geweldig. Netjes en zeer schoon zwembad.
Zeer zeker een aanrader om tot rust te komen.

Erg fijn vakantiehuis met lekker zwembad. Alles aanwezig voor een relaxte vakantie. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, maar vaak een stuk rijden. Enige minpuntje is de badkamer met wc die voor 4 personen wel klein is.

Central Brittany offers many tradition Breton restaurants and a three course lunch time meal with a drink will cost you around 13 euros.
Activities
Central Brittany offers many outdoor activities, walking, mountain biking, horse riding. We are close to the inland Lac de Guerledan which offers all kinds of water sports and beaches which is only 15 mins away by car.

Additional price info and offers
We provide all bed linen, t towels and bath mats along with cleaning materials. All guests must bring their own towels for the house and swimming pool. All cot bed linen must be brought by the guests due to allergies but we provide cot, highchair and stair gates free of charge.
The swimming pool is open from mid May till mid September, all other times the house is rented without the swimming pool.
During the summer months heating is not included in the house. Wifi is provided by 4G.
