ACCOMMODATION IN MORE DETAIL:
Le Manoir is the largest property of three at Manoir du Bourg. It can be booked on its own (sleeps 12 guests) or in conjunction with Le Puit and Le Pigeonnier to comfortably accommodate a group of 22 guests.
The front door at Le Manoir leads from the pretty courtyard directly to a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a logburner for those cooler evenings. Adjacent is the superbly fitted kitchen with its lovely wooden dining table, seating 12 guests. It has a large cooker with gas hob and electric oven. Also a dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer.
There is also a ground floor WC next to the lounge.
The first floor accommodation is accessed by a staircase leading up from the lounge.

• En-suite 1 : 1 King size bed with private shower room and WC. On demand, can also accommodate a travel cot.
• En-suite 2 : 2 single beds which can be brought together as a super king size bed, with private shower room and WC.
Right of the stairs
• Family room En-suite 3 (sleeps 3) : one king size bed and one single bed, with a private shower room with WC. On demand can also accommodate a extra travel-cot.
2nd floor
• Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (can NOT be brought together)
• Bedroom 2 : 3 single beds, from which 2 can be brought together into a super king size bed. On demand, can also accommodate a travel-cot.
• A large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower cabin and WC
Outside is a private garden with a large table for 12 guests.

The property is just a 12 minute drive from the stunning medieval city of Dinan.
Dinan is one of the best preserved small towns in Brittany. It is set high above the Rance River with 3km long ramparts, half-timbered houses, attractive art galleries and craft shops, cobbled streets lined with crooked, creaking half-timbered houses straight out of the Middle Ages. Dinan also has a 14th-century Castle and a 15th-century Clock Tower (Tour de l’Horloge). Climb the 158 steps to see the panoramic views from the top.
Léhon, just a 15 minute drive away, is proud to have the Petite Cité de Caractère (small City of Character) award for its preserved old town, cobbled streets, ornate facades, general all-round beauty and protected character.

At Le Manoir du Bourg, keen cooks will feel inspired to explore the surrounding area to discover the local delicacies, fine wines & cider, seasonal produce and of course the finest oysters on the planet.
Activities
The shared, heated swimming pool, 4.5m with safe access via a gate, is open from 25/05/2024 - 30/09/2024. There is a tennis court adjacent to the property and a fishing lake a few minutes walk away.
*NEW FOR 2024!*
A SPA (hot tub), will be installed to accommodate 5-6 guests. This will be heated to 37° and will be available to all guests at Manoir du Bourg. A booking system will be in place and in principle each gite will be able to use the facility for 1 hour per day, apart from the largest gite Le Manoir whose guests can use for 2 hours per day. Always maximum of 5-6 guests at the same time.
A large table for 12 guests is provided in the private garden next to Le Manoir.
Bicycles can be hired locally and delivered to your accommodation!
There is an outdoor play area for children and a covered games area with table tennis and a pool table. Also an indoor den, “The Kid’s Room” – no adults allowed! This has a flat-screen TV and children's DVDs together with games and books. It is a great place for the youngsters to chill out.
