The house
A delightful property situated in a pretty courtyard with views of the garden
Le Puits(Sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms), can be rented separately or in conjunction with the other two properties Le Manoir and Le Pigeonnier, total occupancy 22 guests.
On entering the house you are immediately in the cozy sitting room which comfortably seats 6 guests and has a log burner is for those cooler evenings. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from an electric oven, gas hob and a dishwasher. The table in the kitchen/diner seats 6 guests. The first floor is accessed via a beautiful wooden staircase. The Master double bedroom, with King size bed, has en-suite shower and roll top bath. There are two twin bedded rooms, one with ensuite shower and one further shower room.
WIFI is available throughout the house and there is a TV with UK channels.

The property is just a 12 minute drive from the stunning medieval city of Dinan.
Dinan is one of the best preserved small towns in Brittany. It is set high above the Rance River with 3km long ramparts, half-timbered houses, attractive art galleries and craft shops, cobbled streets lined with crooked, creaking half-timbered houses straight out of the Middle Ages. Dinan also has a 14th-century Castle and a 15th-century Clock Tower (Tour de l’Horloge). Climb the 158 steps to see the panoramic views from the top.
Léhon, just a 15 minute drive away, is proud to have the Petite Cité de Caractère (small City of Character) award for its preserved old town, cobbled streets, ornate facades, general all-round beauty and protected character.

Goed vertoeven in Le Puit, mooi en functioneel huis met grote tuin en leuk zwembed. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De omgeving is super met vestigingsstad Dinan op korte afstand. Saint Malo en Mont Saint Michel liggen ook binnen resp. 30 en 40 minuten afstand.

Een verblijf in Le Puits is echt een aanrader. We hebben een fijne week gehad. De kust met bezienswaardigheden is goed aan te rijden voor dagtrips. Houtkachel in het huis was ook leuk. Laure en David zijn heel attent vol maar niet teveel aanwezig.

Ons verblijf in de Manoir Le Puit was een groot succes qua weer, locatie en omgeving.
Heerlijk ruim huis, sfeervol ingericht, maar wel erg gehorig vanwege de houten vloeren.
Het zag er netjes en verzorgd uit maar was wel wat stoffig hier en daar en stof en haren op de vloer in de badkamer op de 1e etage, een klein verbeterpuntje.
Hartelijke ontvangst door de beheerders Dereck en Joan. Zeer behulpzaam en met de nodige English humour!
Zeker het proberen waard!

At Le Manoir du Bourg, keen cooks will feel inspired to explore the surrounding area to discover the local delicacies, fine wines & cider, seasonal produce and of course the finest oysters on the planet.
Activities
The shared, heated swimming pool, 4.5m with safe access via a gate, is open from 25/05/2024 - 30/09/2024.There is a tennis court adjacent to the property and a fishing lake a few minutes walk away.
Bicycles can be hired locally and delivered to your accommodation!
There is an outdoor play area for children and a covered games area with table tennis and a pool table. Also an indoor den, “The Kid’s Room” – no adults allowed! This has a flat-screen TV and children's DVDs together with games and books. It is a great place for the youngsters to chill out.
A BBQ is provided and outdoor seating area.
