The house
‘’Le Vieux Grenier’’ is situated in a big old barn. The high ceilings made out of characteristic beams, and walls made of tufo stone give a warm and romantic atmosphere to the apratment. It has doors giving out onto a large balcony ( 32m2), where you can admire the view of fields, a forest. The private location of this apartment makes it a perfect destination for a wonderful holiday. Le vieux grenier can lodge two to six people.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Through a wide staircase you enter the living room with an open kitchen; where you can cook cozy and delicious dinners together whilst relaxing comfortably in the lounge.

Lovely bathroom with large shower, toilet and double sink. Plenty of room. In the hallway you can find an extra toilet. Extra sink and shower in one of the bedrooms.

Further remarks
We have beautiful bicycle trips. From Jaulnay we have tours of between 40 and 100 kilometers made
about beautiful wide asphalt roads. We came very little car traffic. The landscape is quite varied and open.
The cycling trips sometimes go by Woods but mostly about beautiful rolling hills, challenging for cyclists.
There are also beautiful routes to cycling are recreational cyclists, with adventurous country roads.
We met regularly by quaint little villages and passed here and there small and large castles.
In short, we have enjoyed our bike tours. A real winner.
RIA and Cor Leimuiden
We have spent two weeks in the farm of Marian and Peter.
It is the peace, the silence and the space that one can experience here.
The farm is situated in an environment with lots of history, culture and nature.
We have searched and found many castles to view and to put on film.
It is a holiday address from which we can enjoy throughout the year.

We waren met vijf personen een week te gast in Le Vieux Grenier tijdens deze mooie zomer. Een mooi authentiek vakantiehuis met een lekker terras van waaruit we de mooie omgeving konden bekijken. We werden door Peter en Marian vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Als we iets te vragen hadden waren ze altijd beschikbaar om ons te helpen. We hebben die week verschillende kastelen in het mooie Loiregebied bezocht en vonden het altijd weer fijn om terug te komen in ons vakantiehuis dat, inclusief drie slaapkamers, van alle gemakken voorzien was. We konden ook prima tv-kijken en internetten. In het dichtstbijzijnde stadje Richelieu deden we onze boodschappen. Peter en Marian: hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid. Het huis is een absolute aanrader!
