Almost nobody knows the Correze, but there is so much to see, do and experience. Fantastic old towns like in a fairy tale, lakes, forests, canoeing, fishing, cycling, walking, farmers' village festivals, you name it. Everything is there, nearby.
When you arrive at Le Domaine Vert, you feel something. You feel a peace come over you. It's as if the earth gives you a reset here. Away from all the hustle and bustle. Away from "having to", because here you don't have to do anything.
Know that we want to keep the terrain as pure as possible, and live according to the laws of nature. If possible, it is nice if you bring biodegradable soap and shampoo (not a must).
Waste water goes to a tank where it is biologically purified. We give the purified water back to the site. You can only empty your toilet if you use biodegradable products. (You can empty your toilet 10 minutes away at a supermarket). The fruit and vegetables are grown organically (do you want to dig with your feet in the ground? help is always welcome!) and used in the meals that are offered irregularly. We fire with and cook on wood from our own land. We have no humming air conditioners and no pool full of chlorine. The whole region is pesticide-free!
Often people stay at Le Domaine Vert who have a gift. If they feel like it, you can book a massage, a healing, coaching, a creative course, a ceremony, photography ..... This offer changes regularly, depending on which friends are visiting. The offer is posted at the entrance.
Your dog is welcome, but please keep him/her on a leash. There are peacocks, chickens, ducks and other animals on the loose. We want to avoid them being frightened or panicking.
The houses on Le Domaine Vert can be booked all year round. The campsite is open from 1st April to 1st November.
