Meadow View Gîtes - Wisteria Cottage

With 160 sqm. of living space, there is ample room to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, all the rooms are light & spacious, and the whole house has a "home from home" feel.

The Cottage, has many original features including oak beams, stone floors and original granite fireplace with decorative bread oven, The cottage has been tastefully renovated, decorated and equipped to provide a relaxing a comfortable holiday for all the family.

The property comprises of:

Ground Floor: You walk into the large open plan fully equipped Kitchen / dining room, it has solid oak beams, stone floor and it's original fireplace with log burner, and is a real hub for the whole family. The well equipped kitchen has Dishwasher, Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave,Toaster, Coffee Machine and Washing Machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensil, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Also in the ground floor there is a separate lounge with three large inviting sofas, a TV with UK Sky Channels, French Freeview Channels and a DVD player, there is also a small dining table (to seat 4) to extend the dining table in the kitchen to seat 12 people.

1st Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 Double Four Poster Room and another Double Room. There is also a shower room with toilet and separate family bathroom with toilet.
2nd Floor: Another 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 Twin / Family rooms (with 2 Single beds & a Double bed in each room) both with original oak beams, wooden floors and Velux windows.

All bedrooms are freshly decorated, and they all have plenty of hanging and drawer storage. Fans are provided in hot summer months & electric heaters and winter bedding for the colder season.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided, but we do ask that you bring beach towels for use around the pool and the lakes. These can also be hired from us.

Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property.

​PrivateTerrace / Garden: The terrace has patio furniture with a large table and 10 chairs plus parasols for shade on a hot sunny days and a BBQ, ideal for eating al-fresco or to spend relaxing evenings viewing the night sky with it's myriad of stars and listening to the grasshoppers in the nearby meadows. The family friendly large lawned secure garden is fenced on all sides so is safe for small children. We have lots of outdoor games & activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Plenty of Off Road Private Parking

This property is one of two gites within our gite complex. The gite itself fully self-contained and private. The only shared facilities are the garden and pool. These facilities are listed as shared/private because they are only to be used by the gite complex guests of Meadow View.

This cottage has no rear access to the pool or garden. Our other gite next door is more suitable for guests with young children.
