The house
Our heated swimming pool is open from May (depending on weather conditions).

Your attractive, spacious holiday home Maison CouCou I has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook for yourselves, including a dishwasher, combi microwave/oven and a large fridge with separate freezer compartment. The Nespresso machine is there for a nice cup of coffee.
The living room has a cosy lounge sofa, an armchair, a cosy fireplace, a beamer (large projection screen) with Dutch channels, Netflix, Prime Video and a music system that can be controlled via your own Bluetooth. Of course, you can use the internet (Starlink) available on the grounds and in the houses.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a wardrobe. The children's room has a box bed with mood lighting and is made of scaffolding wood.
The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in rain shower, a washbasin, hairdryer and storage space.
Maison CouCou I has not only beautiful rural views of the valley, but also plenty of privacy. A lovely lounge set and deck chairs are at your disposal. You can enjoy your meals at the picnic table. In the evening, when the children are tucked in, you as parents have more than enough time to sink into the lounge sofa and enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cold beer over a cosy fire and a beautiful starry sky.
As it is possible to arrive at Maison CouCou on any day and at any time (from 16.00 onwards), we work with key boxes. It may therefore happen that when you arrive we will not be able to receive you in person.
Saturday is not a compulsory arrival and/or departure day, ask us about the possibilities.

Super fijn huisje met fijne gastheer en vrouw. Alles top geregeld. Henry en Laura wisten leuke tips en altijd in voor een gezellig praatje. Tuin is echt geweldig genoten van de vogels en zelfs hert gezien. En avond lekker filmpje kijken op grote scherm. Schoonheid en goede voorzieningen. En nog top flesje rose mee naar huis gekregen echt super geregeld bedankt nogmaals.

Monique en Yvette zijn hele lieve gasten die je heel graag wilt ontvangen.
We hadden heel leuk contact en vonden het super om te zien hoe zij dagelijks uitjes maakte en enorm genoten van de omgeving.
Zijn zeer respectvol omgegaan met het huis en alle voorzieningen.
Helaas gaan zij nooit twee keer naar een zelfde plek, we hadden ze namelijk graag weer mogen ontvangen. Wie weet als ze een keer op doorreis zijn.
Wij wensen hun het best en veel liefde.
Nogmaals dank, voor jullie bezoekje (nou ja, 3 weken) ;)
Restaurants, food & wine
We realise all too well that holidays are for everyone.
In the vicinity of Maison CouCou are several local restaurants for young and old to eat out. Of course, you yourself can also enjoy a barbecue, cook elaborately together or enjoy the local specialities during one of the many evening parties in the villages and towns nearby (common in the summer months).
Activities
For the children, there is a cobweb swing, a large trampoline, a seesaw, a pedal tractor and a ping-pong table.
Furthermore, in the general garden by the heated pool, there are sun loungers to relax in the sun or in the shade of our proud oak tree. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley that feels like a gift every time. Maison CouCou has a heated (important for children) swimming pool that can be reached through a small gate with a lock, so children cannot enter without supervision.
Additional price info and offers
The REQUIRED cleaning fee is € 17,00 per day.
You can rent a linen package for € 25,= per person. This package includes: hand, tea, dish and bath towels, washing-up sponge, tablets (for the dishwasher) and bed linen, the beds are made up on arrival.
We charge €4,= per adult person (from 18 years old) per night for other expenses.
A cot, equipped with bed linen and high chair, can be rented for €30.
For the use of the washing machine we charge €6,= per wash.
For the use of the air conditioning (if present) we charge € 0.60 per kWh.
Saturday is not a compulsory arrival and/or departure day. Ask about the possibilities, we are happy to think along with you.
The aforementioned compulsory costs and options must be paid in cash upon arrival.
