Your attractive holiday home Maison CouCou IV has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. In the kitchen you will find the dishwasher, microwave/oven, toaster and cooking unit as well as the fridge with separate freezer. There is a Dolce Gusto machine for a nice cup of coffee. Furthermore, all kitchen utensils are available for self-catering.
Your living room has a cosy lounge sofa, an armchair, a beamer (super large projection screen) with Dutch channels, Netflix and a music system that can be controlled via your own Bluetooth. Of course, you can use the internet (Starlink) available on site and in the houses.
The master bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a wardrobe. The children's room has a box bed with mood lighting and is made of scaffolding wood. The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in rain shower, a washbasin, hairdryer and a column cabinet.
At Maison CouCou IV you have a lovely lounge set and deck chairs at your disposal in the enclosed garden. You can enjoy your meals at the picnic table, which is also present. When the children are tucked in in the evening, you as parents will have more than enough time to sink into the lounge sofa and enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cold beer over a cosy fire and a beautiful starry sky.
As it is possible to arrive at Maison CouCou on any day and at any time (from 16.00 onwards), we work with key boxes. It may therefore happen that when you arrive we will not be able to receive you in person.
Saturday is not a compulsory arrival and/or departure day, for different arrival/departure days, ask us about the possibilities.

Super lieve gastheer en vrouw. Henry en Laura hebben echt top plekje gemaakt met prachtig uitzicht. Fijn schoon huisje. Mooie omgeving. Veel leuke Franse dorpjes en kastelen. In de tuin veel vogels en zelfs twee keer herten gezien. En in de avond heerlijk fim kijken op grote scherm. Top geregeld. Ook de wijn die we nog mee naar huis kregen was heerlijk. Nogmaals bedankt voor de fijne drie weken.

We realise all too well that holidays are for everyone.
In the vicinity of Maison CouCou are several local restaurants for young and old to eat out. Of course, you can also barbecue, cook elaborately together or enjoy local specialities at one of the many evening parties in the villages and towns nearby (common in the summer months).
Activities
For the children, there is a cobweb swing, a large trampoline, a seesaw, a pedal tractor and a ping-pong table.
Furthermore, in the general garden by the heated pool, there are sun loungers to relax in the sun or in the shade of our proud oak tree. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley that feels like a gift every time. Maison CouCou has a heated (very nice for young and old) swimming pool that can be accessed via a small gate with a lock, so children cannot enter without supervision.
Additional price info and offers
The REQUIRED cleaning fee is € 17,00 per day.
You can rent a linen package for € 25,= per person. This package includes: hand, tea, dish and bath towels, washing-up sponge and tablets (for the dishwasher), and bed linen, the beds being made on arrival.
We charge €4,= per adult person (from 18 years old) per night for other expenses.
A cot with solid mattress, equipped with bed linen and high chair can be rented for €30.
For the use of the washing machine we charge €6,= per wash.
For the use of the air conditioning (if present) we charge € 0.60 per kWh.
Saturday is not a compulsory arrival and/or departure day. Ask about the possibilities, we are happy to think along with you.
The aforementioned compulsory costs and options must be paid in cash upon arrival.
