Capelots ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um das Perigord zu erkunden. Schönes Haus, großer Garten mit Pool, sehr ruhig. Ideal mit Hund. Sonja ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die sich sofort kümmert.

Wat hebben wij een leuke vacantie gehad! Een prachtige plek, een en al rust en Sonja is zo ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam! Echt een schat!

Restaurants, food & wine
Restaurants with top cuisine and good wines and of course every village has its morning markets where you can buy the local products. Tuesday morning is market day in Le Bugue. Tuesday evening (July/August) Marche Nocturne........eat with the locals sitting at long tables and buy your own meal from one of the stalls ; foie gras, confit de canard, margret de canard ( also B.B.Q.} plus delicious desserts en of course good wines. Ideal for families ...........and often there is music.

Canoeing on the rivers Dordogne and Vezere, enjoy the surroundings from the water. Golf 8 km.

Le Bugue has a central position in the Dordogne from which you can visit castles, beautiful gardens, caves and historical vilages ( bastides) e.g. Sarlat, Monpazier,Belvis, Paunat, and of course Bergerac and Perigueux.
