The house
Rimaine is a beautiful and excellently maintained holiday villa with private heated pool just south of Bergerac an area known for its fine wines and beautiful nature. The very spacious house can accommodate up to 7 people and with the large garden it offers all comfort and privacy both inside and outside.
Inside
Large living room/dining room with wood burner. Kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom with two double beds one 180x200 and one 140x200. There are French doors giving direct access to the garden. Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a fan in each bedroom.
On the 1st floor are the other two bedrooms each with a 160x200 double bed and a private bathroom with shower sink and toilet (1 bathroom also has a bath).
Outside
Beautifully landscaped garden (6000 m2) with various (covered) terraces, seats, play areas (table tennis, badminton) and of course not forgetting the private swimming pool with covered terrace and lounge set. In July and August you can use the tennis court in the nearby village for free.

Veel ruimte, overal in en om le Rimaine, een vakantiehuis in landelijk en rustig Singleyrac. Het was er met zessen, drie stellen, goed vertoeven. Binnen de grote keuken en kamer, drie ruime slaapkamers én drie badkamers, alles goed voorzien, glazen, servies, spellen, informatie enz. Buiten hebben we genoten van de tuin met bloemenweide, het zingen van de vogels, het zwembad, schoon en op temperatuur. Overal hebben de eigenaren gezorgd voor mogelijkheden om lekker te zitten of liggen, aan tafel onder de moerbeiboom, in een van de loungesets op de terrassen, zonnend aan het zwembad, en op een bankje in de bloemenweide. Het was allemaal schoon en comfortabel.
De eigenaren zijn attent en soepel, kortom een verblijf in hun huis is een aanrader.Comment from Lydia Mennes

Activities
The village of Singleyrac with a good bakery (with small shop and bar) is only 1 km away. Eymet (15km) is a cosy tourist town from the 13th century, with a pleasant provincial market every Thursday morning. Tourist attractions nearby include: a trip to Sarlat, a visit to the many castles and caves and how about a lovely canoe trip on the Dordogne river. Bergerac about 15 minutes' drive away is also well worth a visit. Bergerac is a beautiful city and has an airport to which, among others, Transavia flies.
The route du vin is also a must for wine lovers! Of course, there are also sporting activities such as cycling, hiking, rowing on the Dordogne River and golf at Vigiers Castle (6-9- and 18-holes). Finally, there is a riding school a few minutes' walk from the house.
