The intimate 2-bed cottage 'Pauillac' is named after the nearby wine region and is located in the authentic chai à barriques, where once the wine was aged. This flat has recently been thoroughly renovated to accommodate guests (adults only). Of course with preservation of characteristic details, such as the authentic two hundred year old tiled floor and the centuries old "evier". This charming two-person gîte overlooks the park with the château and has French doors to its own terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Of course, there is ample parking space on the estate.

The Pauillac holiday home is situated right next to the Chateau on the ground floor with patio doors to the terrace and park and has recently been completely renovated and air-conditioned. We have done our utmost to furnish this attractive cottage in such a way that you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
This comfortably furnished holiday home has a fully equipped bathroom with a whirlpool bath, separate shower, double washbasin and a toilet. There is a double bed 1.60m x 2.00m). When you arrive, the beds (duvet) are made. Towels and kitchen/tea towels are also provided in the flat (one set per week). You only have to bring your own towels for the swimming pool or the beach.

Furnishing and equipment
The sitting area of the gite is furnished with two generous armchairs. Furthermore, this cosy holiday home has free Wifi Internet. Of course your accommodation has TV (flat screen, 32 inch = 88cm) with DVD player and satellite receiver. Besides the French channels, you have dozens of channels from all over the world at your disposal via satellite. An audio set with a radio completes the technical equipment of this comfortable studio flat.
For the days that you do not want to eat outside on your own terrace, you will find of course inside a cosy dining area with two chairs.

Kitchen
In the gîte you will find a modern bright kitchen: ceramic hob (4 rings) with extractor, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.
There is a central laundry room with a washing machine and dryer at your disposal free of charge.
