The house
Hi! We, Sibel and Michiel, are well known from the dutch TV show "Ik Vertrek" ("I'm leaving"), about people who move abroad.
You enter the gite through the big front doors which lead to the kitchen, where'll you find a 4 meter long handmade wooden table. A pellet stove creates a welcoming warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large five-burner hob, a big oven end a dish washer.
The handmade stairs lead to the attic. There's a lounge and a luxury bedroom with a king size bed. In the lounge you'll find comfortable chairs, couches, large floor pillows, games, books and dvd's.
Three steps up you find yourself on the second attic, containing three rooms with double and single beds. The bathroom is also on this floor. It contains two toilets, two spacious rain showers, and two wash basins.
We can move beds between the rooms to create the perfect configuration for your stay.

Prachtige ligging en zeer authentiek. Je waant je in een andere tijd.
Vriendelijk behulpzame eigenaar. Fijne ruime en landelijk locatie met alles erop en eraan. We hebben ontzettend genoten. De eigenaar geeft fijne tips over mooie plekjes en locatie.

Nous avons louer ce gîte pour 12 personnes pour la nuit du nouvel an! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la beauté du gite!! Décoré avec goût. Les hôtes sont vraiment très gentil et tes arrangeants. Une petite attention de leur part nous attendais a notre arrivée. Un très bon moment passe dans ce lieu magnifique.

Our stay with a group of students at the house was truly amazing. The house and the surroundings were very beautiful and Michiel and Sibel were very kind. They gave us a lot of nice suggestions on what to do during our stay that we would have never discovered ourselves. We would recommend everyone to go there!
Restaurants, food & wine
Cuzorn, the little town which our property belongs to, is not in a well known wine area. But, Bergerac, Cahors, Bordeaux and Agenais wine properties are within 15 minutes to two hours by car. We know lots of local wineries where you can taste and buy your wines. We'd love to help you out.
There are various restaurants around for lunch and diner. We can point you to our favorite small restaurants in the small towns.
Activities
From our property there is direct access to the woods and hours of trails to follow through the forest and small French towns. Various trainings are held at Bély Bas, and it's very suitable to fulfill your dream of having your training held abroad. We offer the possibility to do peaceful and mindful walks with our horses.

Further remarks
Our holiday home is equipped for holidays, courses, workshops and trainings. We do not offer facilities for children but a trampoline, so you should bring your own. Pets are welcome, we have two friendly dogs and a cat of our own, who are free to roam the terrain. We have chickens in a pen and horses on the fields.
We are easily accessible by car and plane. We have our own parking. From the airport of Bergerac it's only a 50 minute drive in a rental car.
