The house
The detached gîte of 80m² has room for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining area and 3 private terraces with fantastic views. It is equipped with all the necessary luxury and is stylishly furnished, in complete harmony with the rural environment. The 4.6 ha property is surrounded by agricultural fields and woods. Besides the gîte, there are also 2 bed and breakfast rooms and a studio. The quiet location where there is no direct view on the terrain is provided with a communal heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) with outdoor shower and a beautiful panoramic view. The communal covered terrace of 125m² with a lounge, bar, kitchen and toilet offers coolness during the hot summer days. Sun loungers with parasols are available for free on the open terrace around the communal pool.

On the site of 4.8 ha is the home of the owners and also rental of 2 chambres d'hôtes, a studio and a gîte. The gîte is separate from the house and has a fantastic view. There is also a heated communal swimming pool (12m x 6m) on the site with a beautiful covered terrace (125m²).

Table d'hôtes is offered at Coursaint-pierre every evening (except Tuesdays and Fridays in high season), subject to advance booking. All this is prepared with the greatest care and love by the hostess Ninnia. Depending on the weather and the formula, meals are served in the dining room on the terrace or in the spacious dining room in the main house.

Activities
The department is an area with very varied landscapes; both plains and hilly areas where chalk cliffs dominate the view. But thanks to its mild climate, it is also the region with the largest orchards in Europe. Numerous waterways cross the department, such as the Lède, the Lot, the Garonne, the Baïse and the Canal des Deux Mers. For water lovers, there are 200 km of navigable waterways. This region is also known for its many bastides or fortified towns and magnificent castles. Monflanquin, Biron, Duras, Beauville, Bonaguil, Nérac are fine examples. As these towns still have local markets and village festivals, they are very popular with tourists.
The region is known for its many walking and cycling paths as well as its mountain bike routes. Canoeing, fishing or other water sports are possible in the area.

Table d'hôtes is available every day (except Tuesdays and Fridays in July, August and September): aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, including drinks (water, soft drinks, house wine, beer, coffee or tea) 35€/pp. Children under 10, aperitif, main course and dessert, including drinks 18€/pp. In high season there is an introductory dinner on Saturdays (aperitif, tapas, pasta, dessert, including drinks)
