The house
This lovely home is ideal to escape to the rural countryside, it is a comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, each with either shower en- suite or a bathroom. The entrance hallway leads into a Kitchen/breakfast room. The well-equipped Kitchen has a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is a separate dining room with large table and seating for 8 people.
The large sitting room has comfortable sofas, English (Freesat)TV, DVD and video recorder. French doors opening out to another terrace area overlooking to Monflanquin.
Bedroom (1) is on ground floor – has a 5ft bed, interconnecting with study and with Bathroom (1)- bath with shower attachment, basin and WC.
Upstairs, there is Bedroom (2)– which has 4ft 6 twin beds with adjoining shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Bedroom (3) – has 3ft twin beds, adjoining bathroom with bath and shower attachment, two basins and WC.
Bedroom (4) – twin beds with adjoining bath and shower attachment, basin & WC.

A beautiful manoir house is situated not far from the medieval town of Monflanquin. The pretty town has a center square with surrounding timber framed properties and dates back to 1256, with a varied and interesting history. Each summer a medieval fete takes place and Thursday morning it is market morning with all the best fresh produce. Around the centre square are cafes and restaurants and amazing views at the top by the church. At the base of the town are shops.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un endroit magnifique. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les pièces de vies sont grandes et agréables. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, un grand terrain entouré de bois et de champs. La piscine est grande, agréable et bien aménagé. Idéalement située entre ombre et soleil. La maison bien que isolée n'est pas loin des commerces (boulangerie, grande surface etc) et des sites touristiques (Montflanquin, Bergerac, eyc). Nous recommandons cette endroit sans hésiter.

Fantastic house set in large grounds for a peaceful holiday. The property is on a grand scale and has real character and charm, with ample space inside and out. The pool is a particular highlight being larger than most and deep. Plenty of shade available around the pool to escape the sun if desired.
The house is set in the middle of the countryside but local amenities are only 10 minutes drive away. Am sure we'll be returning again.Comment from Debbie
