Le Grillon

A stay in our house "Le Grillon" is a real holiday and you will experience it as great. Our house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. It exudes a warm, friendly atmosphere and tranquillity. The house is built in a so-called boomerang shape on a plot of about 1,000 m2 on the outskirts of the village of Goudargues, on the south side of the hill "La Grand' Vigne".
From the veranda and terraces you have a beautiful view over the Val de Cèze with the villages of La Bastide and Cornillon in the background.

General:
The house has a fixed telephone connection as well as the possibility of (wireless) internet. The possible costs of telephone and internet use will be deducted from the refundable deposit. However, telephone calls to landlines in Europe are free of charge. Internet use is also free in principle, except when using paid pages.

Living room:
The living room has an area of + 37m². The room has an audio-video system with wide-screen TV + satellite receiver + DVD player. Via the satellite receiver, all Dutch radio and television stations can be received. There are also plenty of films on DVD.
The bookcase contains a large number of books in all genres. There are also two cupboards in the room with plenty of crockery and glassware. The cutlery for the outdoor kitchen is also stored here.
The room is furnished with a dining area for 6 people and a sitting area consisting of a three-seater, two-seater sofa and a separate armchair.
From the living room you can access the veranda and covered terrace through French doors.

Kitchen:
The spacious 16 m² kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all necessary appliances as well as plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Cutlery for everyday use is also here. There are two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven and extractor. The kitchen has a granite countertop. There is a dining area for four people. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage.

The bathroom (downstairs):
The spacious downstairs bathroom has a double sink and a large shower.

Bedroom downstairs:
The bedroom has an area of 12 m² and there is a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. There are plenty of pillows and also a double duvet.
The pillows and mattress have protective covers.
There is a built-in wardrobe (with full-length mirror) and a wicker armchair. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Upstairs bedrooms:
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms of 10 m² each
There are two single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m in each bedroom.
There are enough pillows and single duvets for these four beds. All pillows and mattresses have protective covers.
Both rooms have built-in wardrobes (with mirror) and there is a bedside table and chair in each room. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The bathroom (upstairs):
The upstairs bathroom has a single sink and a shower.

Toilets:
There is a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs.

Garage:
You can make use of the garage (24 m²). The boiler, the water softener as well as the installation for the swimming pool are in the garage. The garage also houses the washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Swimming pool:
The pool, veranda and terraces are south-facing. The pool measures 10.5 x 5 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 m and is equipped with Roman steps. By covering the pool, in mid-season, with the summer cover in the evening, the water temperature is better maintained.
The pool is open from early May to 1 October.

Terraces
The terrace around the pool has ample seating and lounging possibilities and there is plenty of terrace furniture. The cushions for the terrace furniture are in the cupboard in the garage.
The entire width of the house (23 metres) is equipped with a veranda. This makes it possible to enjoy the sun from early spring (mid-February) until late autumn (late November).
There is also a covered terrace of approx. 25 m². This terrace is furnished with a comfortable lounge set.

Outdoor kitchen
The separate outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large table with 6 easy chairs and plenty of atmospheric lighting. The cushions for these chairs are in the cushion box. There is also a fridge here.
