In the middle of a wooded valley in the Southern Cevennes (UNESCO World Heritage). A mountain stream runs right past the property, possibility of swimming at a lake with waterfall and ruins of a mill. 2 km from the village. 60 km from the Mediterranean Sea (beautiful road through the Garrigue - Pic St. Loup). Historical cities like Montpellier and Nîmes are at an hour's drive.

Fantastische plek! Jo en Didi doen hun uiterste best om je te vertroetelen. Ook onze hond was erg welkom. We verbleven in de gite Marrakech en die was ruim genoeg voor ons vieren. Het was leuk om met zijn allen te eten en er was ook voldoende plek om af en toe het gevoel te hebben dat je alleen was. Het zwembad erbij is echt heel fijn en je kan naar de rivier toe om lekker te wandelen en klooien aan het water. De omgeving is prachtig. Het eten was heerlijk, kortom een hele fijne week gehad. Ook wij komen graag nog een keer terug!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Mas Tidouls! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Jo en Didi bij aankomst en voelden ons meteen welkom! Mas Tidouls ligt prachtig in de natuur, (lekker) afgelegen en ze hebben er een prachtig verblijf van gemaakt. De foto's op de website komen overeen met de werkelijkheid, dat heb ik vrijwel nog nooit ervaren. De gites zijn prachtig en goed ingericht, lekker ruim. Het zwembad is prima en heerlijk (ook 's avonds, groot genoeg voor het aantal gasten en we konden er lekker in volleyballen. En Jo kan heerlijk koken, dus 's avonds aanschuiven bij het diner ipv zelf iets koken in je keukentje is ook een aanrader! Er is goed te wandelen in de omgeving, leuke dagtochtjes naar bv de Middellandse Zee en Montpellier. Maar het is zeker ook geen straf om een dag gewoon lekker 'thuis' te blijven en te genieten van de rust en een strandbed bij het zwembad. We komen heel graag nog een keer terug.

Ieder jaar heerlijk thuiskomen en verwend worden door Jo en Didi. Fantastisch plekje. Gezamenlijke maaltijden een feestje waarbij Jo het menu aanpast aan de wensen van de gasten. Geweldig rustige fietsomgeving.
Restaurants, food & wine
You can order your breakfast basket with baguettes, croissants, oven cakes, etc., baked on site. This is delivered to your gîte in the morning.
Pizza evening and BBQ twice a week.
A menu is in your gite, for individual ordering at any time of the day. Dishes are served on your private terrace or in the gîte.
On request, we also offer a gourmet menu every evening in our little restaurant.
Some distance away are some nice restaurants that we will be happy to recommend.
A light lunch or picnic can be obtained on simple request the day before.
Activities
A heated swimming pool (28°) and jacuzzi are available on the domain.
In our wellness area you can enjoy a whirlpool and a professional massage.
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing and diving in clear rivers and waterfalls, horseback riding, rock climbing, speology, canyoning, trekking, ...
There are feasts and festivals everywhere throughout the summer.

Dogs are only allowed after consultation and for a fee of 50,00 Euro per week.
All our gîtes and chambres are non-smoking.
During the high season only renting per week (Saturday to Saturday) is possible.

Table d'hotes on request. Menu, 3 courses, with fresh local products, prepared in our open kitchen at 35€, snacks and coffee included. Also a menu in the gîte. Wide choice of local wines between 15 and 30€ per bottle.
