The house
The Pimpinel holiday home is situated under the tower of the pigeonnier (pigeon tower) and has a cosy living room with an open kitchen and a large fireplace and a spacious terrace. The interior is luxurious: three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, bidet and washbasins, 2 toilets. Central heating with hot water system available. Also a spacious covered workshop, a covered play / sitting area with table tennis table and football. There is also a trampoline. In the garden there is a 5x10m swimming pool with a salt water regulation system. There is also a swing set with two swings, a horizontal bar and a climbing rope. Furthermore, garden chairs, deck chairs and parasols are available.

Around the pigeonnier lies an idyllic garden of 7 ha. Vineyard, fruit trees, lawns, vegetable garden and forest edges. Beautiful unobstructed views over waving sunflower fields and magnificent sunsets from your own terrace.

You are in the middle of many vineyards where you can taste and buy delicious wines directly from the farmer. Furthermore, you can enjoy French cuisine in the many restaurants and auberges in the area.
Activities
At 3 km distance from Pimpinel is Castera Verduzan, where a large swimming / water sports lake is located and where also thermal baths with saunas and Turkish baths can provide the necessary relaxation. Furthermore, there are many cosy markets and festivities in the area. Many bastide villages in the area are worth visiting. Also visit Lourdes and the Pyrenees. In Auch you can visit the beautiful cathedral, but also the monasteries of Flaran and Lavardens have their charm, where often interesting exhibitions are shown.
Music lovers can enjoy festivals in the area from classical to country to jazz (Marciac).
