Situated in a peaceful area of a traditional village close to Lake Salagou between Clermont L Herault and Pezenas, this wooden chalet has been recently constructed to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. It is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout with all modern amenities including air conditioning. The spacious living area has a fitted fully equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer, washing machine, halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven and coffee maker. The spacious living area has table with chairs for dining and a sofa. Satellite TV with UK free to view channels and free WiFi internet access.

The double bedroom has a standard double bed with an en-suite shower room with WC and sink.

The pool is is for your exclusive use. The pool is 8.5m x 5m with a depth of 1.3m throughout. The pool is in sun throughout the day and has a fully decked surround. There is a shady relaxing area with sofas and chairs A BBQ area has table and chairs and gas BBQ for al fresco dining. There is a choice of seating areas including a private deck behind the house which offer both sun and shade. There is an shower beside the pool.

Private parking is provided next to the property. The owners a British couple, live next door and will respect your privacy whilst being on hand for any help and advice you may require. The house is within an easy stroll of the village centre with a general store and bar with restaurant. The village is surrounded by vines, there are several excellent wine producers where you are welcome for a tasting and wonderful countryside for walking and cycling. Although a single storey property it may not be suitable for folks with limited mobility due to steps into the property and garden area.
