The house
Rustic open-plan gîte. Modern with a traditional charm, it is equipped with gas cooker and induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and iron. All utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Linen and towels provided except pool towels. Charming and cosy beamed living rooms. Very comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels.
The terraced pool is entered by Roman steps, surrounded by stunning gardens and overlooked by a magnificent pigeonnier. The pool is available to gite guests.

Pérard is located close to the wine regions of Cahors and Gaillac. Tours can be arranged with the local tourist office. The region is rich in history and there are many museums, galleries and historical sites to visit. Pérard is within easy reach of the medieval towns of Cordes sur Ciel, St Cirq Lapopie, Bruniquel, Najac, St Antonin Noble Val and Albi to name a few.
There are great towns for shopping like Montauban and Cahors. Or if antiques are more your thing there are many brocante's within the local area. Farmer's markets run everyday at various surrounding towns and are a perfect opportunity to soak up the local lifestyle.

In Caylus which is 6 Kms from Pérard we have 3 restaurants and 2 bars. The Lagardère bar in the Place de la Marié severs an excellent lunch everyday. In St Antonin noble Val you are spoilt for choice as there are many restaurants. Our local wines from Gaillac and Cahors are fantastic.
