The house
At Las Pelenos we rent out two different flats; Bas and Haut. Las Pelenos Bas is a cottage for two persons. It is equipped with a double box spring, a sitting area with television and a wood stove, a kitchenette with refrigerator and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside you will find your own seat. The gîte is completely furnished.

Las Pelenos is situated two kilometres from Montaigu de Quercy. A town with all amenities. There is a supermarket, a bakery, a post office, a weekly market, a general practitioners office, a large recreational lake, a pizzeria, three restaurants and much more.
Montaigu de Quercy is situated in the north of the department Tarn-et-Garonne. Therefore, you are very quickly in the Lot, the Dordogne or the Lot-et-Garonne, the neighbouring departments.
Also in the surrounding area you will find something to your liking! There are all kinds of nice markets, vide-greniers (flea markets and brocante markets), villages and castles to visit, larger cities for shopping and beautiful routes to walk, cycle or discover by car or motorbike. One moment you are driving between rapeseed fields or sunflowers, the next you are driving through an idyllic bastide village. And what about a wine or truffle tasting?

Additional price info and offers
You need to leave the gîte broom clean. This means that there is no more rubbish, the fridge is empty, the dishes are done and the floor has been swept. If desired, we provide your final cleaning. For this we charge € 50.00.
The rental prices of our gîtes include the cost of electricity, but exclude the cost of heating. If you use the stove, this will be settled at your departure.
