Farmhouse
This beautiful 4-6 people farmhouse overlooks a private ornamental carp lake and features beamed ceilings in all rooms.
The ground floor consists of an open kitchen, living and dining space. The modern kitchen/diner is fitted with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, large range and microwave. There is a table with 4 chairs and 2 stools at the large island. It is fully furnished with everything you need to make a light snack or a home cooked meal.
The living space has 2 comfortable leather sofas and a 55'' TV with a skybox. Behind the seating area sits a washing machine and a selection of reading material.
There are two bedrooms, the master has a queen bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is a family room with a queen bed and bunkbeds with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have 20 foot ceilings with exposed beams and roof windows. There is a four piece bathroom including a toilet, sink, and 2 showers within the bath.
The beautiful grounds are set in 3 1/2 acres with lush trees and fauna. There is rear deck with a BBQ and seating area including a picnic table with parasol and a garden swing. The lush gardens can be accessed from the rear and front of the property. There is secure parking at the property and a long drive way to the entrance gate.
The swimming pool is solar heated and located to the front of the property. It measures 15' by 30' and is set in a private fenced area. Open June - October, outside this date to be confirmed. The pool is surrounded by an extensive patio with ample padded sun beds, parasols and pool toys.
The child's playground is housed in its own fenced area inside the gated pool area. This a one stop spot for families with children. Whether you are in the pool or relaxing on the sunbed you can watch the family in one safe gated place. Within the playground there is a large trampoline, swing set and little tikes play house. Outside the playground there is plenty of room to kick a ball around or play an outdoor activity. A perfect place for a holiday with family and friends. A home away from home with all the home comforts. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request

Vorige week hebben we genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in Three Willows Farmhouse. Helaas zat het weer niet erg mee maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. We hebben ons goed vermaakt in het fijne huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien (behalve een vaatwasser), het mooie rustig gelegen landgoed en het fijne zwembad.
Caroline is een heel aardige en gezellige gastvrouw die graag klaarstaat om de gasten een fijne vakantie te bieden.
In de omgeving is voldoende te doen om je een week met de kinderen te vermaken.
Bijzonder prettig waren de barbeque voorzieningen (er stond houtskool en aanmaakblokjes klaar zodat je die niet zelf hoeft te halen), de tips voor de omgeving en de dvd's en spellen die in het huis aanwezig zijn.
Het zwembad is erg prettig omdat het privé is voor het farmhouse, volledig omheind is en voorzien van extra's als speelgoed, strandstoelen en parasols.
We hebben een erg prettige week gehad en kunnen een verblijf bij Caroline zeer aanbevelen.Comment from Caroline Brown

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad bij Three Willows Farmhouse! De ontvangst en het contact met de eigenaresse was prettig. Het huis is gezellig ingericht, was schoon en compleet. En staat op een mooi stuk grond met een lekker zwembad, veel gras om op te spelen en een karpervijver waar lekker gevist mocht worden. Iedereen heeft zich goed vermaakt de hele week!
En het huis maar ook het land eromheen ziet er in het echt mooier uit dan op de foto's!!

We had a very nice stay in this lovely gite and huge garden next to it.
Caroline is very welcoming and helped us fast whenever we needed something.
The only small downside would be that there isn’t a lot of shade available for the really hot days. But that was really a minor issue.

Restaurants, food & wine
Chateau De La Loire and Le Lude host various resturants of different cuisine. In Le Lude there is an English pub the Rose and Crown

Bicyles are provided for use
The playground is equipped with swings, Wendy house, large trampoline and slide and is fully enclosed behind a fence in the pool area. There is also badminton and various outdoor games available.
Fishing is close by in the Loir
