The house
Our 2 bedroom, ground floor gite, has been luxuriously renovated to a very high standard. With an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, the gite is spacious and airy. The walls of these old buildings are a meter thick, keeping the temperature cool in the summer and yet retaining the heat in the winter months. .
Ideal for the family or friend holidays, it has 1 double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a 2nd twin room with a family bathroom. The bathroom also hides a fully operational spa bath.
La Maison has the option for up to 6 people as there is also an added sofa bed for additional sleeping in the living room. It comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen incl dishwasher, full, UK free view tv as well as french tv, a double English socket with USB charge points, wi-fi, dvd player, a wood burner and heating, bbq and use of our pool (season permitting). In the grounds again you will find all the other shared games and facilities.
There is an optional hot tub (payable locally, but please book in advance as it takes 24hrs to reach temperature).

Set in the heart of the Valley de Loir, known as the garden of France. Surrounded by some of the greatest chateaux in the country. Amazing walking, cycling and touring of historic buildings and wine tours.
We have our own lake for pleasure fishing just a few km along the road as well as Marcon lake (ex world record Carp holder) just 12 minutes away.

Many options of full days are possible. With Le Mans being just up the road, we have the 24hrs Le Mans circuit (Bugatti), as well as the historic city itself.
