The house
The holiday villa (built in 2007) is situated at a unique location in the South of France, has a living space of over 250 m2 and is equipped with all possible comfort and luxury. The villa, suitable for 8 persons, has been furnished very tastefully and luxurious materials have been used. The terraced terrain of approx. 4500 m2 has a lot of vegetation; olive trees, cypresses etc. and offers a lot of privacy. There is parking space for several cars at the house; in the garage there is room for 2 cars. The holiday villa is also very suitable for a stay in the winter. The whole house has underfloor heating. In the afternoon you can often still enjoy the sun and the view.

Holiday home Villa Nova Cabris is located in the beautiful Provence in France. At 20 kilometres from Cannes, 35 kilometres from the airport in Nice and 6 kilometres from Grasse. Officially, the Provence region is called Provence - Alpes - Côte D'Azur. The landscape of this region is characterised by its plains, beautiful mountain landscapes, rugged cliffs and an extensive coastline.
During your stay in holiday home Villa Nova Cabris, you can make day trips to the famous French cities of St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Antibes. You can go shopping there, but also enjoy the beautiful harbours and beaches. In 20 minutes you are in Cannes at the promenade on the beach. Or within 15 minutes in the artistic village of Mougins.
For lovers of art and culture, there is plenty to do. In the cities of Vence and St.-Paul-de-Vence, the art comes, as it were, to meet you. Famous painters such as Matisse and Picasso (and many other artists) chose the region between Grasse (perfume) and the Mediterranean Sea because of the beautiful light and the wonderful climate. Picturesque (note the pun) artists' villages such as Biot, Vallauris, Juan-les-Pins, Mougins and Mouans-Sartoux invite you to stroll through the historical streets and enjoy the views of the surroundings.
