The house
Villa Momentai has 5 rooms on 180 m2, and is set on 2 levels. It has a private pool. The house is modern and tastefully furnished; there is a large open plan living room with TV, which opens up to the terrace and the garden. There is on the groundfloor 1 double bedroom (bed 200 x 200) with a bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin, and a door to the garden. On the ground floor there is also the kitchen (hob with 4 burners, oven, dish washer, micro wave, and freezer).
First floor: 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds (2 x 90), one bathroom en-suite and one bathroom at the landing, two bedrooms have direct acces to the roof terrace. Separate toilet in hall. The house is heated by electric radiators. On the first floor there is a private terrace of 60 m2, on the ground floor there is the garden with terraces (170 m2) and swimming pool, facing south and west. There is a sufficient amount of garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal. There is parking space for 2 cars.

This beautiful independent house ”Villa Momentai”, is built in 2007, set above Cannes in the Croix de Gardes quarter, on 6 km of the town center. The almost entirely enclosed property of 1400 m2 is for your use only. There is a private pool with steps (4 x 8 m). A shop is on 1 km, a supermarket on 1,2 km, a restaurant on 1 km, a bus stop on 400 m. You will find the sandy beach on 2,5 km, and a golf course on 6 km.
Attention: a car is indispensable here.

Lovely villa and garden space. The photos correspond with reality. We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids between 10 and 15) and we all loved it!!
It is a calm area. Don't worry when you are approching the house area and see the apartment buildings - you don't notice them while in the villa. One minor minus for us was that there is no quick access to the motorway or other bigger roads (as we like doing excursions every day).
Activities
The city of Cannes with its residential quarter of Californie, the idyllic quarter of Suquet and the Palais des Festivals, is one of the most famous beach towns. It has 70 000 habitants, on 60 km from Monaco, 78 km of St Tropez. Cannes has all necessary amenities. A disco, a casino, a museum, a cinema, tourist attractions. Antibes is on 15 km, Nice on 32 km, St Raphaël 40 km. Lovely sandy beaches are set between the two ports, as well as the boulevard of La Croisette. In summer, activities like scuba diving and waterskiing are possible, and tennis, golfing and riding. There are walking trails, avial sports and boats can be rented. The ferry takes you to sand Trope in 45 minutes - no traffic jams!

There are airports in Nice (NCE) 30 km, Toulon-Hyères (TLN) 130 km, and Marseille (MRS) 180 km.
The villas are rented out per week - arrivals on Saturdays after 1 pm, departure on Saturday before 10 am. Please contact us for possibilities of different arrival and departing hours.
Making beds including bed linen € 200,- per villa, weekly change of bed linen on request € 200,-. Washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.
Cleaning € 220,-
In addition to the accommodation costs will be charged a deposit of €500 euro, you will receive no later than 1 week after departure out return by bank, provided that the accommodation in the same condition you have. Any defect or damage is deducted at market rates, without prejudice to your liability if the deposit is not sufficient.
