The house
Nice holiday home in southern France near Cannes by the sea.
This spacious and quietly located, outside the city centre, holiday home in the seaside resort of Golfe Juan by the sea, near Cannes, looks good and well cared for. The holiday home is suitable for 2 adults. The house has one bedroom, with a ceiling fan,. loose cupboard and built-in wardrobe The large living room with an open kitchen, is equipped with Tv, internet, loose fan, washing machine, and an extra large fridge with freezer, and 4 burner electric hob. The stylishly furnished holiday home has a tiled floor that is easy to keep clean. The holiday home also has a good double sofa bed, which is located in a separate corner of a large living room. If necessary, you can create an extra bed here by separating it with a curtain, this also includes bedside tables with floor lamps and garden doors overlooking the sea. The bathroom is new, and has a walk-in rain shower. The toilet is separate. The house has beautiful old French garden doors that can be opened to the outside. From the large terrace in the backyard, you have a nice sea view, at the front you have a small terrace with old French garden furniture, there you also have a nice view of the mountains. Within walking distance to the sea, are 2 large sandy beaches, with nice restaurants that may also rent sunbeds, which can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance.
The holiday cottage with lots of privacy has an enclosed garden, with a playing lawn and jeu de boules court. Quilts are provided. You can only book from Saturday to Saturday. At the end of the holiday, you must leave the house clean and tidy for the next tenants. For questions, I will answer within a day.

The holiday home is located, in the beautiful French village and seaside resort of Golfe Juan, right
next to the famous city of Cannes. The house has a good view of the
Mediterranean Sea, which is easily reachable on foot, in about 15 minutes. The hinterland of Golfe Juan is mountainous and very suitable for nice walks. You will also find several typical French villages in the area, such as St Paul de Vence, Grasse, Mougins and Roquefort les Pins, Juan les pins, Antibes, Biot, Here you can enjoy a nice glass of rosé wine, with the tapping sound of bocce balls in the background.
The surroundings are beautiful and mountainous. The interior is beautiful because of the picturesque little villages are worth seeing. For trips you can go to Nice, Grass the famous perfume city. Cannes 6 km. Antibes, Monaco, and St-Tropez, and fun parks towards Biot.

The many restaurants along the coastal road, serve a nice glass of wine at a normal rate. Fish lovers will also find what they are looking for in Golfe Juan. There are several supermarkets where you will find plenty of choice for a good wine, which you can enjoy on the terrace of your holiday home.

Within walking distance to the sea, there are 2 large beautiful sandy beaches, you have the possibility there to rent sunbeds, At several restaurants, you can indulge yourself with a delicious glass of rosé, or a mix drink, and or eatery. If you want to go to Old Antibes, Cannes, or Nice, can also be done by bike, or bus, bus stop 10min, walking distance, leaves every half hour price 2.50 euros. with its markets and beautiful boulevard, there is always something to do, there are also beautiful sandy beaches with restaurants right by the sea. Nearby are various possibilities for renting (scooters) motor yachts in Golfe Juan. There are 2 bicycles at the holiday home, which you can also use. In the immediate vicinity there are also various possibilities for golf, hiking, water sports, tennis and fitness. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts nearby. In the immediate vicinity, there are fairgrounds amusement parks, and marineland, with dolphins, orcas, sea lions, water slides. petanque court on the little park. Furthermore, there is a tourist office on the coast, in the town of Golfe Juan, where you can ask a few things for fun trips.

Further remarks
The Cote-d'Azur is the holiday destination par excellence, a must-see! You have 300 days of sunshine a year, and summer temperatures are mild. Centre with good shops, supermarkets and bakery. Bus stop, for 2.50 euros every half hour, to Nice, Juan les Pins, and Antibes, and Cannes. train station, and beautiful sandy beaches, is all within walking distance.You can make a nice bike ride along the sea, 2 bikes are available at the house. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains, and sea, the terrace with cover, is spacious and faces south, you have the opportunity to quietly enjoy breakfast with delicious baguettes from the local bakery, a rose, wine, or lager to take. For those who come by plane, is cheap and fast with Transavia to Nice, then half an hour with the special (europortbus), stops in downtown Golfe Juan, then 600 metres walk to the house. Within walking distance, you can also rent a car from Truche. There is also a charging station in the immediate vicinity. The changeover day for the holiday home is Saturday.

Prima vakantiehuisje met meer dan genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen. Het huisje is compleet ingericht met o.a. 2 koelkasten met vriesvak, wat tijdens het warme weer erg prettig is. Ook kan je hierdoor wat meer boodschappen in huis halen. Airco is niet aanwezig, maar met de beide ventilatoren was het prima te doen. Wij hebben een leuke tijd gehad samen met onze dochters van 15 jaar. De ligging is super. Binnen een kwartier zit je in Cannes, Juan-les-Pins en Antibes. Nice en Monaco ca. 3 kwartier. Op het openbare strand net voorbij de haven is het niet al te druk. Ook kan je hier prima eten in diverse restaurants. In ca. 20 minuten loop je vanaf de haven naar het huisje terug. Meerdere bakkers en supermarkten op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Grotere supermarkten hebben wij per auto gedaan. Al met al een zeer geslaagde vakantie waarbij wij veel hebben gezien van de omgeving. Overigen is het contact met de heer Huibers erg prettig verlopen. Dank hiervoor.

Prima verblijf, kompleet ingericht, heerlijke omgeving. Ontbreken van airco is een gemis, zeker in de zomer.

De afgelopen maand oktober hebben wij voor de tweede keer gelogeerd in dit comfortabele vakantie appartement. Het huisje heeft een gezellige inrichting en is voorzien van prima bedden, uitstekend sanitair en een complete keukeninrichting incl. wasmachine. Het terras grenst aan een prachtige groene tuin en biedt uitzicht over de kuststreek en de Middellandsezee.
De stranden en boulevards van Golf de Juan (10 min), Antibes (25 min) en Cannes (35 min) zijn op fietsafstand bereikbaar.
De locatie Is ook een uitstekend vertrekpunt voor uitstapjes naar de vele gezellige Franse dorpen in het achterland.
Wij zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken in deze prachtige omgeving en komen zeker terug
