When looking for a holiday home, the location is very important. Such as: Is there sandy beach or are there pebbles. Is the beach within walking distance from the holiday home or is there a big difference in height? Are there good bus and train connections. And are there extras such as a swimming pool and parking space?
This 4-person holiday flat with private garden is ideally located in that respect. Close to the sandy beach, the centre and the two attractive harbours with terraces and restaurants of the cosy resort of Golfe Juan. Moreover, only 5 km from the Croisette of Cannes. Your flat is comfortably furnished and air-conditioned, among other things. It is located in a quiet gated residence with its own swimming pool. Partly because of the fenced garden, it is child-friendly and is just 500 metres from the sandy beach of Golfe Juan. A short walk away is the city centre with bus, train and boat connections to all coastal cities such as Antibes, Cannes, Nice (airport), Monaco, Saint-Tropez or Ventimiglia (Italy).

Your flat has one bedroom, a living room with a spacious sofa bed, a large terrace and a private enclosed garden. The living room, bedroom and large terrace overlook the residence park with palm trees. This contains a generous swimming pool with free access for residents only. You can rent a private parking space within the gated residence. There is also ample free parking in the immediate vicinity of the park. There is also opportunity to charge an electric car there.

First check under 'availability' whether the flat is free in your desired period. This is well updated, but sometimes there is an option for several days on a period. Arrival and departure is generally on Saturdays. The exception is the week from Monday 29 July to Saturday 3 August. So still plenty of free weeks to enjoy the Côte d'Azur!

By having the final cleaning done professionally, we guarantee a squeaky clean flat. Moreover, your bed is made when you arrive and there is a basic stock of coffee/tea detergent etc etc available that you only need to replenish according to consumption.

Surroundings
The relatively quiet seaside resort of Golfe Juan is situated between fashionable Cannes (5 km) and atmospheric Antibes (5 km). Via the beach, you can walk through the famous resort of Juan les Pins (2 km) to the beautiful Cap d'Antibes or to Antibes. Nice with its antique and flower market, pleasant shopping streets and airport is about 25 km away. Both the beach and supermarket and the centre of Golfe Juan are a short walk away without any elevation.
Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia (Italy), Grasse, Saint Tropez, Saint Paul de Vence, Isola 2000 and Fréjus can be reached by car, train, bus or boat. Several airlines offer cheap flights to Nice, Toulon and Marseille from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven (Transavia), Brussels (Easyjet, Brussels Airlines), Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne (Germanwings) and Charlerois (Easyjet, Jetair). The bus from Nice airport stops twice an hour within walking distance of the flat. The train station in the centre of Golfe Juan offers train connections all along the coast (daily ticket approx €15).

- St. Paul de Vence, the idyllic village with the quintessentially French atmosphere
- Ventimiglia to take in the Italian atmosphere at the market
- Menton. Magnificent views. Definitely worth a visit
- Saint Tropez with its expensive marina and vast beaches

- Gorges du Verdon with its breathtaking nature
