Our flat is located on the ground floor of a recent villa. Very bright living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven, bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet. Beautiful bedroom with double bed. South/south-east facing. Balcony + terrace 20 m2 with table + electric barbecue. Independent garden 300 m2, children's games, parking. Very quiet, open view. Possibility to add a baby bed on request. Cleaning to be done by the tenant.

Our flat is 2 km from the beautiful village of Sospel (Cathedral, Monuments), 20 minutes from the Cote d'Azur (17 km Menton, 40 km Nice, 30 km Monaco, 30 km San Remo. Numerous festivities in summer, lemon festival and Carnival in February.

Our apartment is very quiet, our house is located on 5000 m2 of land, not overlooked.
Very nice view on the surrounding mountains.
Ideal to spend a relaxing holiday, while being close to the cities. We are a French/Italian couple with 2 children: a girl born in 1998 and a boy born in 2000.

We hebben een mooie week achter de rug in Sospel "Lormika". Een zeer mooie streek met tal van wandelmogelijkheden. Ook de zee is maar 30 min verder ! Een heel enthousiast onthaal door Nadine en haar familie. Leuke gite, en heel veel wandelinformatie over de streek. Met een gerust gemoed kunnen wij "Lormika" aanraden.
