Holiday flat for 2 people (up to 3 people by arrangement) in Golfe Juan, community of Vallauris.

Compact flat (45 M2) in the old village, near the harbour and beaches (a few minutes on foot), in a nice area with many small bars, restaurants and shops.

Through a locked gate you get to the front door of the building. On the ground floor is a real estate agency. On the 3rd floor via the stairs you reach the flat. Corridor with on the left a small bedroom with a single bed of 90x200 cm. To the right is the bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer. At the end of the corridor, on the right is a bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm, and built-in cupboards. On the left is the living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The large bedroom and living room give access to the terrace with views over the roofs and the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea.

Golfe Juan, on the Mediterranean, is located between Cannes and Antibes-Nice and has a village feel, but you are easily and quickly in the cities with their shops and entertainment. The village itself, especially the old quarter where the flat is located, is a bit à la Monmartre Paris, with its couleur locale, fine restaurants, bars and shops (Leonidas opposite, (bio) superettes, bakeries). At the harbour you can eat well and stroll along the boulevard, and on the beaches there are several cabanas for a snack and drink in the summer. At 2.4 km there is a naturist beach.

One and a half hours inland is the beautiful nature reserve of the Georges du Verdon, beautiful for a day trip, and many beautiful mountain villages.For your orientation: Golfe Juan is situated between Cannes and Antibes.
