The house
The holiday home "Sous les Pins" is completely furnished. In the kitchen you will find a 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and oven, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has a double washbasin and shower Italienne. One bedroom is equipped with a separate shower and toilet. Pillows and duvets are provided. All windows have insect screens. Four outdoor terraces around the house with garden furniture. A high terrace behind the house with views over 2000 ha. Provence and a terrace by the pool with five sunbeds. There are three bicycles available (1 Gazelle and 2 Giants).
Cars can be parked in the closed area (with electric gate).
TV and. fixed internet connection (Bouygues) available for computer, tablet and mobile phones. TV also available via internet.

The house is situated in St. Etiennes du Grès in the Bouche du Rhone at the Avenue des Pins 13.
At 8 km. from St. Remy, 12 km from Arles, 22 km from Avignon and 60 Km. from the Mediterranean Sea (Saintes Maries de la Mer). The Apilles and the Camarque are in the immediate neighbourhood.
Marseille and Aix en Provence at 90 km.

Wij, gezin met 3 volwassen zoons, hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. In het, zeer ruime, huis is meer dan alles aanwezig. Het ziet er allemaal piekfijn uit. Op minder dan een uur rijden is er in de omgeving van alles te bekijken, natuur, cultuur, oude stadjes en de middellandse zee. En natuurlijk na een dag eropuit lekker het zwembad in. De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep vlot. Wij zouden dit huis zeker aanraden!

Wij zijn met onze opgroeiende tieners in deze villa op vakantie geweest. De villa was zeer compleet, veel ruimte, een mooi zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De villa is erg gunstig gelegen om leuke uitstapjes te maken; waterpark in Monteux, steden als Avignon en Marseille, het strand in La Grande Motte, mountainbike gecombineerd met kanoën in Pont du Gard en de Okermijnen in Roussillon.Erwin Duhamel from De Haan,
We hebben echt genoten van de vakantie bij jullie. Het huis is zeer goed ingericht en voorzien, geheel volgens de beschrijving. Ook de omgeving is een aanrader.

Wineries in the immediate vicinity with appellation controlé Les Beaux,
Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueras, Tavel and Lirac at 40-70 km.
Nice restaurants and terraces in St Remy, Arles, Avignon, Fontvielle, Mausanne and Marseille.
Activities
In the Alpilles (Regional Natural Park), beautiful walks are possible with views of Mont Ventoux and the Camarque (protected nature reserve). Mediterranean beaches can be reached in 45 minutes.
Golf courses available in Les Beaux (6 km) and in Mouriès (20 km).
There is also much to see culturally: in St. Remy (old Roman city -Glanum), Avignon (Palais des Papes), Mont Majour (abbey from the 12th century), Fontvielle (Moulin Daudet).
On Wednesday market in St. Remy and on Saturday in Arles (large fresh market).
Bicycles available.
One can cycle a.o. over a nice little road (le Vieux Chemin d'Arles) to St. Remy. At the end of the Avenue des Pins turn right and keep right for the Vieux Chemin.
You can also take the cycle route "La Mediterrane à Vélo" (over the old railway line) to St. Remy. This cycle route is north of the D99 to St, Remy.

The house must be left completely clean. When you clean the house yourself, no costs for cleaning will be charged.
You can also choose to have the house cleaned. For this, the costs are 180 euros.
Please bring your own linen. All duvets are single.
You pay a deposit of 200 Euro.
