Domaine de Sivas Le Poème

Le Poème is a charming summer cottage in southern atmosphere with plenty of private grounds. The cottage has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. There is plenty of space around to play, sunbathe or take a nap in the hammock.

The living room (3,76 x 4,82 metres) has French doors that open onto the terrace, which offers enough shade to be able to stay even during the hottest hours of the day. The terrace runs a little further, around the corner of Le Poème where you can enjoy the evening sun on the mountains. In the living room there is a kitchen corner with a gas cooker with oven, a fridge and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare sunny meals.

Heating is possible by lighting the rustic, but well-burning, wood-burning oven. Next to the dining table there are comfortable chairs and a sofa. This is a double sofa bed, with a slatted frame to ensure a good night's sleep.

In the bedroom (2,74 x 2,34 metres) there are two single beds (190 x 80 cm) in twin configuration and a wardrobe. The French window gives a view of the mountain peaks in the distance. A cot can be added on request.

The terrain surrounding Le Poème is approximately 500 m2 in size and entirely for private use. The boundary of this land is formed by paths and woods. At Le Poème there is a plateau with barbecue and picnic table, where it is very pleasant to stay, with a good glass of wine for example! The Domaine de Sivas covers some 56 hectares, on which guests are free to walk and play.
