The house
We are Taco and Annemarie, living in the sunny Puy St Vincent since 2013. The mountains are the core of our lives. On the bike, climbing, walking or skiing there is always a reason to go out. Each season brings its own beautiful moments.
Beautifully renovated apartment (38m2) in a detached chalet. Located in the quiet and very conveniently district Les Prés 1400 of Puy St Vincent, just 200 m from the ski slope, 50 m from the supermarket and in the immediate vicinity of all imaginable outdoor activities. The apartment (38m2) consists of a spacious living area with all amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living area you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the ski area. The attractively furnished living room also has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if desired. The hall connects the living room with the other rooms. In the hall you will find a hall closet with storage space and washing machine. The bedroom is located at the back of the house with many windows and a wonderful view of the impressive Mt Brison. Here you will find a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is also located at the rear of the house and has been completely modernized.

Les Prés, the popular neighborhood in Puy St Vincent. Sunny location and only 200 meters from the ski slope and ideal for all imaginable outdoor activities.
You can walk into the mountains from home. Hikes or mountainbike trails start at the doorstep to the Col de La Pousterle, Tournoux, les Têtes or to the Narreyroux Valley.
On the square you will find a supermarket (Sherpa) and a wintersports shop (Skimium). In a radius of 200m there is a second super market (Proxy), a Bar-Tabac, other (winter) sports shops and two good restaurants (St Roch and La Pendine).
The (ski) bus stops in front of the door as well as in the high season the tourist train that takes you for free through Puy St Vincent.

Het is een goed onderhouden en schoon appartement. Mooie omgeving met schitterende vergezichten en voor wandelaars en fietsers zijn er veel mogelijkheden. Het ligt wel aan een weg waar overdag veel auto's langsrijden ('s nachts gelukkig rustig).

Getting around
There are plenty of free public parking spaces around the square.
There is a bus stop (ski bus in winter) located directly on the square. Connections with L'Argentière la Bessée.
There are train stations with international connections in L'Argentière la Bessée en Briancon.
In high season there is a stop at the square for the tourist train that takes you free of charge by Puy St Vincent to PsV1600, among others.
At only 400m there is a paid covered parking garage (winter).
Airports can be found in Turin and Marseill
